This place is still amazing. My wife and I have been coming here for 8 or 9 years. The decor has changed, but the food and service still remain top-notch. We live VA BCH, so unfortunately, it is difficult to come more often. My favorite item is the eggplant with honey, but honestly, everything is spectacular. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait until I can go back

After visiting this restaurant I realize that many of these reviews must be fake, fake reviews can be purchased easily if you know how to search Google. Horrible food, and pathetic service make this a must avoid, paella is really bad, and is not made by a Spanish person. I asked a waitress and that’s what they told me, in my opinion this is why the flavor is off , as a Spanish person I

I had previously been here over a year ago and had loved the food /ambience and had decided to do it for my bday. I reserved a table a few weeks in advance and requested the ‘patio”. We arrived on time for our reservation and were ushered to indoor dining area – when I inquired I was told it was a wait – about 15 mins for the patio – fine we decided not to bother about it and just stick with it – we ordered the calamari – totally underwhelming and super salty! The sangria was a mess – had me wondering if it was the same place I had visited a few months prior – Service was Super duper slowwwwwwwwww.. so slow we decided not to eat desert there because we figured in between ordering, getting the desert and the bill it may take us over an hr. Paella was good but all in all an absolutely underwhelming experience – would not recommend for a special occasion at all –

What an absolute gem of a restaurant! Went in with an open mind but having been spoiled by Spain I wasn’t sure what to expect. The quality and authenticity was absolutely amazing! Service wad great from the get go. We started off with a pitcher of sangria while we waited for out friends to join us and we were totally blown away with how good it was. Between a party of 4 we ordered several tapas to share, bread and olives, pan de tomato, croquetas de Jamon y queso, gambas al ajillo, cheese board, La Sevillana bocadillos, tortilla Española, datiles con tocino, and the berenjenas con miel. Everything was absolutely delicious and amazing! Funny enough, my favorite thing was the eggplant with honey. It was so simple but so well made and delicious I could have just eaten that and been happy. We will definitely be back to try some more of their delicious offerings.

First experience with tapas! The pitcher of sangria was amazing and you’re able to take home what you don’t finish! We enjoyed trying everything, especially the eggplant dish. Make sure you have a reservation!

After going several times, I feel confident in saying that there isn’t a bad choice on the menu, in fact, it’s hard to say if there is anything less than a good choice on the menu. In a sea of goods and greats, there are a few standouts: the sangria is excellent, especially the red, the fried eggplant with honey makes a great end to a meal, and if you get there early the croquets sell out often for a reason. This most recent time I was blown away by the staff, the host Madison and our server Emily, who were incredibly helpful, knew all about the menu and the shop offerings, and very friendly. Yet another reason to visit, the overall experience is great!

The food was great! Had the Sangria, Paella, Fried Eggplant, and Salmon Croquettes! The waitress was very attentive and nice. The server that brought us the Paella was nice as well.

Atmosphere and food were fabulous. Large pitcher of red sangria was delicious. Service was very slow, but clearly they are lacking wait-staff. One item we ordered ran out after we had ordered and we substituted another item.

Great atmosphere but food is mediocre. Appetizers are better than the Paella. Calamari was super salty and paella was bland and flavorless. It was a chorizo paella but only had 5 small circles of sausage in the entire dish (for $25!!!). It wasn’t horrible but definitely do not plan on returning a 2nd time.
