I honestly give it a 2 star at this location and only because the place was nice and most of the food was ok but the service was horrible. They gave me a brown guacamole instead of green, it looked like if it was sitting there for a whole day. When I told the waitress about it she did gave me her honest opinion and said she wouldn’t eat that, while the manager/owner did not approach us to apologize at least and correct it, seemed like he didn’t care; the waitress only apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I did not get it fixed and left with that bad experience. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with rice and guacamole. Never again…

Do not know if it’s an off night, but the food was horrible. We took one bite and left. It started with the salsa on the bitter side like it was rancid…acid. When the food arrived, we took one taste of everything on the plate, and it all tasted bad. Like the meat was bad. The rice tasted like soap. We were afraid to eat anything for fear of food poisoning. So we paid and left.

Normally it’s great, but lately in decline. I ordered steak tacos and a side of rice and beans and was incredibly irritated when I got home and saw each taco had maybe a spoonful of meat and my side of beans and rice wasn’t even a THIRD full. I had maybe 3 tablespoons of beans and a MASSIVE portion that didn’t have either rice or beans. La Tapatia every order from now on.

This was the worst service I have ever received, we got there at 6 pm and it was busy it was after a eight grade graduation but we waited for almost an hour to get drinks we asked the waitress she comes back and said we were out of glasses so we said can we use to go cups wow. We finally got drinks the we sat for another 45 minutes and people were coming in and eating and we still sitting there finally I ask where is our food she said I’ll check them she ignored us so I’m thinking she didn’t turn in our order she left it in her apron or something so the manager on duty came over and gave us some story that if a party came I. Of three they would go before our order that was unbelievable I will not be back after 2 hours we got our food and it was not good either it was cold Worse service I have ever received

My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. Our dinners were really excellent. The chef clearly takes great care and uses the best ingredients. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable, and the staff was terrific.

I literally just left there. They were sweet and omg the food is delicious. The salsa tasted like watered down ketchup with a nice tang but I liked it. So I would definitely recommend.
