I gave this spot a 4-star review all the way around because everything was good. I ordered the molcajete. It tasted good but a little too spicy for my preference. The place was clean & quiet for lunch on a Friday, which was nice. Not too crowded. There are good options for kids plates. They do have a bar area with high table seating if you’re looking for that. Service was good, quick, and all of our orders came out hot, correct, and in a timely manner. It’s located within the mall. This is why I gave it a 4-star instead of a 5-star review.

To be honest….. little hesitant being in the mall….. BUT it was AMAZING, the BEST chicken enchilada I’ve ever EVER had and I’m from DFW, home of a gazillion tex mex places… chicken enchilada with poblano sauce was the absolute BEST you’ll ever eat…. Chips and salsa were great and wife loved her carne Asada tacos. Defiantly a must stop when in Victoria Tx!!!!!

The Mexican chicken fried steak was horrible, the crust felt like chewing on a piece of soggy construction paper and was not very appealing. Chips were ok and The Fajitas were average at best. Service was good and the place was nice and clean.

Hadn’t been in to eat here since they’ve opened but I finally got a chance to try it today! It’s located in the Victoria Mall near Chuckee Cheese. (So kinda like Casa Oles competition!)

Been here twice now. The first time was excellent and a great experience but the second time just missed the mark by a little. The chips and queso have been the best we’ve had so far and the service has been good. It does seem a bit pricey for lunch but I will probably return for drinks and to check out a couple of more menu items to see if this will be our Tex-Mex go to place. Update: Went a third time for appetizers and the nachos were burned and really not fit to eat with a type of cheese that didn’t melt well. It’s been downhill since the first visit. Maybe not going back.

Absolutely AMAZING! ordered chammoy mango margarita and it was probably my favorite margarita I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant. So delicious! Ordered queso, cheese enchiladas and carne asada tacos. The enchiladas were good but the carne asada tacos we absolutely AMAZING! oh my goodness. Ask for the verse sauce and put you some on there I’m telling you it is the best. True authentic Mexican carne asada with corn tortillas. Just like street tacos. My favorite! I will be visiting again this place is wonderful. Walking in it does not feel like a mall restaurant at all it honestly feels like an up scale high class restaurant. Beautiful throughout. It also happens to be one of my kids birfday and they brought us a free tres leeches cake and let me tell you! You have not lived until you have tasted this cake. It is possibly the best cake I have ever had in my life.

Enjoyed this restaurant. Went during early afternoon. Service was excellent. Food is good. Sour cream enchiladas were great. Prices are reasonable and match the food quality and quantity. Recommend this place and will return.

It’s expensive for what it is. They charge for EVERYTHING! Including refills on your tea. So just be aware. It is good. Not great. Sometimes you have to ask multiple times for things. Everyonce in a while I wonder if it is a communication error/ language barrier. The guy that brings out your food is always fantastic.
