Fresh and organic food prepared just right. We enjoyed an acai bowl and a breakfast burrito wrap. The organic coffee was delicious. Limited seating indoors with several tables outside also. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the many unique food choices – vegan, gluten free, etc. Recommend.

Overpriced menu for low quality food. Ordered bacon toast and bacon was super fatty and greasy and cost $11.99 for a slice of toast with one egg on it, avocado, and a few thin slices of fatty bacon (photo below). Matcha latte was excellent. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and very stressed out.

Great little spot on Royal Palm. I had the daily special – a prosciutto and brie sandwich that I’ll definitely be back for. Santiago at the counter was friendly and the ambience was great. Definitely a nice break from the usual chain restaurant options. If you’re in the neighborhood, give them a try.

Had the Açaí bowl plus the ranchero breakfast burrito for lunch and couldn’t be happier. It’s hard to find a place in Vero Beach that has all the right components but La Tabla nails it! Fresh and tasty food at the right price with an environment that feels like being on vacation at the beach. A+ from me and I will be back. PS: took an iced coffee to go and it was really really good
