This past Wednesday I had the honor of being invited to La Strega Bistro’s very first Wine Tasting/Dinner Experience – and let me tell you – what a treat! The menu had it all – it was refreshing, comforting, elegant, mouthwatering, and sinful. Beautifully prepared dishes were successfully paired with the most impressive (and delicious) selection of wines. Wine making origins and processes were shared along with culinary and cultural traditions. Eduardo, Aldo, Francesco, and all the staff really outdid themselves! Looking forward to the next event:)

One of the best, authentic Italian restaurants you’ll find within a 20 mile radius and we’re lucky it’s here in Debary. I grew up in NJ and La Strega is right on par with some of the top Italian restaurants I loved from up north. No matter what you get you’ll be completely satisfied with, as well as the wine menu and family friendly service. Can’t wait to come back.

Hands down the best meal I have had in over 10 years! FIVE STAR AUTHENTIC ITALIAN. Amazing menu, phenomenal wine list, great decor, outdoor seating, and warm friendly greeting upon arrival. Don’t be fooled by the phoney, bland and over-priced “farm to table” concept of nearby disingenuous establishments. This place is the real deal and (as you can see) seats are already hard to come by!

We found La Strega Italian Bistro last night, and wow, what a meal and service. It is a lively place with live music and a cozy feel. We were seated in a quieter area so that we could talk, which was very nice. Our waitress greeted us and took our drink order. When she ate back she gave us our drinks and explained the specials for the evening and answered all our questions she was super nice. We ordered the app special and our entrees. We were served wam bread with a dipping oil while we waited for our app came out. App arrived, and it was gone in minutes, so flavorful. Then our Entrée arrived, and they were hot and presented beautifully. I had the Scalopini Cafe de Paris, and my wife had a seafood linguini. The flavors were incredible and were all freshly made. You must try this restaurant it is an amazing restaurant with great staff, great vibe and it was priced very reasonable and we will make our way back next week before we leave. Thank you, La Strega. We had a great night.

Absolutely phenomenal. Everything from the experience, the food, the service, the ambiance… Chef’s kiss! Sadly the food looked so good that I just didn’t have time to take pictures. But hands down THE best Italian spot in the entire area. The Di Mare pasta with seafood was out of this world, the salmon with potatoes was on point, and the classic Alfredo was a true test of perfection! Extra shout-out to Steve for the extra attentive service. We WILL be back! Don’t second guess your decision, and go try it for yourself!!

loved the drinks (strawberry mojito) & the vibe!! dinner was amazing we had the chicken parmigiana with a side of carbonara & caesar di roma. 10/10 will definitely be returning 🙂

They are still in their soft opening for about five more weeks but it did not seem that way. Had high expectations from other reviews and it exceeded them. The service to begin with was amazing. Jimmy was very attentive and informative. The food was incredible and you can tell it was made with care. Cappuccinos and house made cannolis finished a perfect meal. Highly recommend especially for a date night.
