I found the double and the fish to be delicious. I felt it was quite authentic, but have no basis for comparison. Service was quick, the food hot and fresh. Banana soda is amazing as is the Bentley lime drink.

Awesome Trinidadian food van. The place to get a fish sandwich. It’s called Fish and Bake in Trinidad but it’s the best fish sandwich you’ll ever have. They are only open on Saturdays. Awesome people, great service and great food.

Excellent authentic food and drinks from Trinidad. Doubles are one of the most unique things I have eaten from around the world. These taste just like the ones you get at street food vendors in Trinidad! People need to come try this food and experience something that you don’t often find outside of the Caribbean.

Hands down the best Caribbean food you can find in Lynchburg/Forest. I had the doubles and biscuit and fish so far and it was sooo good!! The food was nicely seasoned and had some authentic Caribbean drinks on the side. The family that owns the food truck is nice and friendly.
