I really enjoyed my experience at La Raza. They have a beautiful panting when you enter and a cool chandelier. My husband got the Carne Asada and I got the Salmon entree. Both were very delicious and had great sauces!! We also got the Shrimp A La Diabla, which was spicy and really good with tortilla chips. I recommend the restaurant!

I ordered take out today (during first Friday) and got it super quick(15 minutes). I had salmon! The salmon was great but my cauliflower rice/mash thing was cold. I had no way to heat it up so ate it anyway and it tasted alright being cold. The avocado spread was good too. The dish really works together! I had chips and salsa on the side. Chips were fresh and the salsa had just enough heat! I cant wait to try it again! I gave 3 stars because of the cold food. That was a huge bummer! I do have to say that I literally ate right outside the door as I had a booth at first Friday waited no more than two minutes to start eating my food.

The restaurant is in a good location. We were greeted at the door by a nice young man and immediately seated. Then we waited and waited. We finally ordered and part of our order was incorrect.

I must say this was quite possibly the most underwhelming meal I’ve ever paid for. We initially ordered the cauliflower with chickpeas and there were only five chickpeas, the waiter notified us that the kitchen had run out of chickpeas, but rather than admit that they had run out they simply delivered the five that they had amidst a small smattering of cauliflower. After this initial misfire we asked if they could just swap out for a veggie burrito, and to their credit they did, but the burrito contained nothing but beans and rice with no seasoning or flavor to speak of. The service was friendly and the patio was nice, but I’m fairly sure I’ve had better food in school cafeterias. Super disappointed.

Went again today for lunch with a co-worker. Cal was INCREDIBLE. He was attentive, kind, and very informative with his recommendations. He was working the room, all while handling all of his tables with care. We loved our meal, and while it was a busy lunch service, we were in and out within the hour. Perfect lunch spot!

Great new Mexican restaurant in the valley. They have wonderful margaritas and also a decent patio to enjoy. I love their guac trio and the churros are off the chain. Service is good. They also setup a dj booth sometimes for first Friday which can be fun.

Arrived for our reservation for 5 and they did not have a table. First tried to stuff us into a table for 4 but would have blocked the path for servers . They then offered for us to sit at a high top in the bar with my 7 year old son and mother who gets dizzy (she walks with a walking stick). They offered nothing but that the hostess was new so we moved on to the Goat, where we were welcomed with a fitting table. Not a good way to start out opening a new business…understand hiccups but you better honor your reservations if you want to keep customers!
