This is authentic and amazing food. The staff are all so sweet. My partner fell in love with the sauce for the fish tacos (the best I’ve had, possibly) and the owner came out and gave them a big cup of it to take home. This is a five star dive location and I’m here for it.

Excellent food 1st time visiting. Loved the homemade hot salsa and chips, buying some salsa to take home. Price were reasonably, our meal were roughly $12 a piece for dinner entree.

Excellent Mexican food! The homemade sauces are delicious. Very nice, accommodating service. Very nice, fancy non-alcohol frozen drinks, also. Nicely cozy and decorative for such a small place. The traditional music was very nice, but a little too loud. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy. I’d only park directly in front. Not sure I’d go here at night.

Went to this place bc of the reviews, place has lots of potential but without good food and adequate mixed drinks it lacks the character to become “the spot”! If they had a small dance floor and a real taquero they would be set!!

It’s unreal how delicious the food is, so authentic. This is truly one of those Wilmington secrets, of which there are so many. – It is an authentic clientele but believe me the food is truly spectacular. 10/10 on food.
