I ordered out and the food was so hot it melted the consume container which was the whole purpose of the queso birria tacos… absolutely ridiculous for the price. Made all the food soggy! The quesabirrias just fell apart.

Terrible service I ordered fajitas and the carne asada was chewy. I never told the girl Luz that it was to go when we were dining in they put it in a bag to go. They have no ice water and they let panhandlers in to bother people for money. Ask for more salsa and the guy never came out with any extra salsa. The food gets a 1.0 very ghetto management. Always read reviews before you eat at any restaurant! You got scammers and Liars working here to save a dollar.

I see that my bad review from yesterday isn’t anywhere to be found, but let me make this clear I ordered three plates 53 bucks no drinks and let me tell you worst food I ever had. The meat tasted old. There was no rice on the plates, no rice in the burrito and I was not warmed until the plate came out of the kitchen. She then stated that they don’t have rice sitting in the back, so therefore it was too early to serve it to me why not say that at the cash register? Nevertheless, the service continue to dissolve. She rolled her eyes at us like three times when we ask for other things like egg enchiladas , they could’ve come in a half an hour earlier just to make rice instead of saying well. What do you think? We don’t have it sitting in the back! I had two bites brought the rest home by the time I got home my food smelled sour my daughter ordered a shrimp and the burrito had one shrimp in the whole burrito. Worst service worst food read your reviews before going. That’s all I can say and yes I continue this rant on social media since my post is nowhere to be found Never again will I be there eating.

today on July 28,2022 I ordered chicken super nachos. And mid way through the order as I’m eating I notice there’s a ROACH in my food. Disgusting. So I call to get a refund and the man tells me they can’t do a refund but would give me something else. Why would I want more of there food if I just had a ROACH in it. ? Not happy with them at all. And not right. What if I would have ate it. Smh i feel sick to my stomach. Never going there again. When I called them they seemed to not even care and wouldn’t let me speak with a manager or anything.

I ordered 2 shrimp burritos and 4 Assad tacos. Staff was nice when I came to pickup. As I was leaving I saw a roach on the door that I had to open to get out. Yuck. I didn’t even try the food to be honest. I threw it in the closest trash bin I found and put my purse in my trunk in case it may have had any bugs crawl in it as I set it down in restaurant to pay. Got home and sprayed it with bug spray as well as my whole car. They know they are infested and should close down until they have under control. Not cool.
