I had made reservations at 9:30 due to traffic I was going to be late therefore I called the restaurant to see if there were any possibility to move the reservation to 9:45, the lady was very helpful and moved it with no trouble. Upon the arrival, the attitude had changed, they said I could not sit down, mind that I arrived at 9:44, I then mentioned the phone call and the manager was very very rude, after a long conversation on how their website allows reservations until 9:45 she sat us down. Our food was HORRIBLE, and I mean it, I have previously visited Terra and never had such issues. I really enjoyed Eataly and felt that all were welcome and the food was amazing, but how a bad experience can ruin everything! Never again.
