So cute and intimate feeling. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. It gives a true Italian feeling. Really nice overall restaurant and staff. The food itself was really yummy. Highly recommend making a reservation just in case. If you’re looking for a nice dining experience for pasta and pizza- highly recommended!

I recently dined at La Pizza and La Pasta in Eataly Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I decided to try the New York Strip, Caprese, and Mushroom Pasta, and I was blown away by the delicious flavors of each dish. The New York Strip was cooked to perfection, and the Caprese salad was a delightful burst of freshness.

The food is good and authentic but is overpriced. We love Italian antipasti, and planned to order three items. However, we were informed they were out of focaccia – not good for an Italian restaurant to run out of bread. We ordered bruschetta and arancini, both were good but the bruschetta only came with one piece of bread (sliced in half) and cost $16. The arancini were good, not too fried, and were $14. For our entrees we got a Margherita pizza for the kids, which was very well done and reasonably priced. The pasta orders were good, but the portions were small. We left the restaurant not full and a little disappointed. We love Eataly and enjoy shopping for their specialty food items, but it seems this restaurant is a pass.

We love coming to Eataly when we’re in the area!! Great place to pick up some nice produce and have a delicious dinner!! With several dining options within Eataly, we seem to like La Pizza & La Pasta the most. This time I had the Polpette starter and the Carbonara for my entree. I usually get the Agnolotti but their menu changed and it wasn’t on there anymore. On the way out, I did notice they had it over at their other spot inside, Il Pastaio di Eataly so I’ll have to go there next time.

My husband and I have been here a few times and we love stopping by when we’re hungry and we’re shopping. It’s very easy to get a table here and sometimes we just want a more casual environment as opposed to Terra. This time, we had the Bruschetta Al Pomodoro for the antipasto and we loved the different flavors and textures. We also had the Gnocchi al Pomodoro and the Pappardelle ai Funghi which is my absolute favorite dish. If you love mushrooms, you will fall in love with it. The drink selection is great, too. I opted for an Italian birra (beer) and got the Menabrea Ambrata and my husband opted for the Prima Cuvee Brut Champagne. Our server, Carlos, was very kind and attentive and made sure we left happy.

Went during the three course deal week. Was hoping for a better experience. The dessert girl at the end seemed very done with the whole experience and brought the caddy up with not many selections and we had seen chocolate sauce poured on others desserts but weren’t offered or told about anything. The pastas were good but in comparison to terra was a very basic experience.

Spectacular service. Our waiter was knowledgeable and not in the “recite a memorized spiel nobody cares about or asked for because my manager is holding me at gnpoint” way. He could tell me about all of the wines, their origin and how they were made and had a strongly handle on the food menu. The food was delicious, albeit expensive for a small portion. If you’re planning on getting full, get an appetizer also. The pasta is obviously fresh. Every ingredient is thought out and carries its weight in the dish. Even the bread was spectacular. In fact- that sums up the dining experience here. Not good but spectacular.

Probably one of the worst dining in experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the Grande Antipasto Italiano (charcuterie board) and I think they gave us a bad piece of cheese. The Margherita Pizza was pretty bitter and burned on the bottom… still ate it cause we were hungry. Service was pretty bad for a slow Wednesday and not something I’d expect at North Park. I’m pretty easy, but I definitely won’t come back here.
