We recently visited this place on a Saturday night in May 2021 here’s what you have to know. You have to have a reservation to get in, you have to purchase food, the food good, but nothing out of this world. The venue is just like it was before with treehouse, it’s inside outside, they remove the booths they used to have and replace them with plastic tables like the kind you would have at a kid’s birthday party. So the seating is not comfortable. Now let’s get back to that reservation, that reservation gets you two hours at a table. And when they say 2 hours they need 2 hours at the 2-hour Mark they come and they let you know that you need to go. On Saturday nights they have DJ who plays so after your 2 hours are up you can kinda of sneak on to the dance floor and enjoy the rest of the night there however you cannot purchase alcohol anymore because you don’t have a tab open.

I absolutely loved the vibe here! Not to mention the staff!! The staff is so on top of everything. Everyone is so attentive to every single table. Management is doing a great job. The music was good. The food was good and the drinks. The drinks are very pricey, $14 per drink and $125 for the Sangria which is beautifully displayed. Over all, worthy experience. The chilaquiles were good but if you like spicy like I do, then you’ll be disappointed 🙂 but still good.

Our waiter was great. We had a great time but the bar tender was rude he told us we where drunk so we had to go. Customer service out the door for me. They thought we where with another group of people. They told us we had to leave we spent over $700 for them to treat us like that. There was a group of girls that arrived before us and they where still partying while we had to leave. I would understand if we where drunk falling and acting a fool but we were chillen having a good time. Thank you whoever our server was everyone else was.

Came from Fresno, CA after seeing posts on social media we were looking forward to the venue. Once we arrived everything was ok, service was a bit slow. After 2 hrs in our check came, without asking, which was paid. We tried to order again because we were not done ordering we wanted to enjoy the environment more, we were told once tab was paid we could not order, but we didn’t ask for the tab. 10 mins later we were told we had 5 mins because they had to give the table to someone else, mind you there were a number of available tables. We were told the 2 hour time limit was available on their site and posts about it upon enter, which was a total lie. Personally I will never return to this venue for poor quality of overall service and management.

I was so excited to go out now that things are slowly starting to open up. We went to go celebrate a friends birthday and it took almost the 2 hour limit to get our food and drinks. Once we did get our food not only was it incorrect but, it gave me food poisoning! I’m still feeling the effects even as I write this review. I don’t think I will be coming back here again.

Horrible experience. Made a reservation for 3 people online and at the gate, they did not let us in because they only sat parties of 4 or more people. They do not sit parties of 2 or 3, this is ridiculous. They also only give you two hours to eat and they kick you out after that. Place is not located in a nice area. Save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate people with small parties.

Waitress was rude and didn’t know much about the drinks or mayb she was new. Took over 15min to bring us 3 mimosas. Not sure how much the swan drink cost but for 2 possoles 2 breakfast burritos 2 shots 3 mimosas and that sangria swan drink our tab was $360! Plus it was a 2 hr limit. I was so upset I just threw my receipt away. Other brunch places r better and not as expensive with unlimited mimosas. Wish I would have not thrown away my receipt!

Horrible service…. we bought presale tickets for an event, when we arrived we were not allowed into the venue. We asked for a refund before leaving but they told us it has to be processed electronically. I have attempted to contact the management several times but have not been able to reach them. The employee that promised the refund gave me her cell phone # when I attempt to call her she does not answer. When I call from a different number she answers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
