It is hard to find a good Mexican sea food Restaurant in USA. When they told me about this one I was hesitant to go. I am glad I did go. If you want to eat real Sinaloa (Mexican food) this is the place. You would not imagine you are not eating at a Mexican Beach!! Great service by Tati

My last meal before gastric sleeve with Texas Bariatrics Specialists. Totally Authentic Mexican.

Great food and fast friendly service by our young waitress. The prices were reasonable unlike other Mexican seafood places and a variety of options to choose from.

The service was super slow. The waitress was not very attentive. The burger I ordered didn’t even come the way I ordered it and was mostly bread. I asked for no mushrooms with the queso fundido….got mushrooms anyway. The ladies restroom was non functioning and the men’s room had no light. The only real good thing about my experience was the sauces they serve at the table. Those were amazing.

I’ve been ordering from them through Uber Eats at first their food was awesome, lately I hardly get any juice in my Augachiles, and I’m afraid to eat the shrimp now.

Just got into town on business and I needed to find something for lunch. I asked the hotel manager where I could get seafood. He asked if I was looking for traditional seafood or perhaps Mexican. I asked what the difference was and he went on to describe dishes at a restaurant, La Perla, and they sounded wonderful.

I come here specifically for the fish taco La Perla, topped with carrot, jicama and a creamy sauce. The fish taco is the best I have ever tasted. They serve the fish on a homemade corn tortilla, as it should be.

I’m a huge fan of Mexican seafood restaurants and this place is another gem on the Northwest side of San Antonio. I’ve been here a few times but this time I had the Ceviche Barbas Negras (Blackbeard Ceviche). Very refreshing and was interesting that it had raw tuna in it as I’ve never had that in a ceviche before. I’d like to come back and try some other dishes.

Food took forever and was over cooked, dry, and gross. No seasoning and bland. The place is dirty and every 5 min there’s another random person off the street singing, then coming table to table and asking for money. Server was rude and absent most of the time we were there. If I could give it a zero stars I would. Avoid this place, there’s literally 5 better restaurants on the same block
