The meals were delicious and the service excellent. I was a little disappointed with the drinks, the alcohol was extremely low in the Long Island ice tea. Overall, a fairly good experience.Need a little light ( my table was a bit dark) but

I ask for a chicken taco. The chicken has no flavor at all. The drinks tasted better than the food.the waitress was very unhelpful as well. Very cheap with the cilantro and told me we can’t order shrimp tacos unless we ordered it with rice and beans or replaced it with something else when all WE WANTED WAS SHRIMP TACOS.

I love this place! It hasn’t changed much over the years and I really love that about this place. Good food. Good drinks. Plenty of parking. I’ve had so many fun nights here. My only complaint is they’re not open 7 days a week. But I get it people need a break.

I haven’t been here for years. Went there last night and had a wonderful experience and I realize why it’s been around for 40 years still. The food is delicious the service was wonderful and the places is quaint and cozy. Judy was so nice and efficient as our server. The manager stopped by to see how everything was. Was a great night love the chips and salsa. We will be back for sure

This was the first place we stopped when we left the Logan International Airport on our vacation. It was pretty good. Chips and salsa were tasty and our waitress was extremely friendly and made some suggestions for us to try. Definitely worth stopping if you find yourself in Quincy, MA.

Loved the atmosphere and the service was great. BUT coming from the south where Tex-Mex is everywhere I was rather disappointed in the food. Cheese dip is not queso blanco and was split and grainy. Sword fish tacos were delicious. Enchiladas were ok but nothing to compare to what I have had in the past. We plan on giving it another shot in the hopes we caught them on a bad evening in the kitchen.

Heard lots of great things about this restaurant and I wanted to love it. The hosts were friendly but definitely snarky. The atmosphere wasn’t the best but not bad.The salsa was okay, chips were really fresh and nicely salted. I ordered the chili con carne, it lacked seasoning and it was a little watery. I also ordered shrimp fajitas, it lacked that wow factor of the sizzle but they were very burnt some how. There were five shrimps WITH the shells on them…for 23 dollars. Ordered corn tortillas, they weren’t authentic like they advertise. Onions and peppers needed to be cooked a little longer. My boyfriend ordered the special chicken meal, let’s just say it was at least edible. They put chicken and literal chips on the plate and covered it with a sauce that literally tasted like red hot and heavy cream. But our server was amazing and attentive. 70 dollars?? I should’ve went to Wendy’s next door.

Meh. Food was okay but service was really slow. Our server kept talking to some guy at the bar and I finally had to get up and hand our check and payment to her so that we could get out the door. The salsa that went with the chips was nice and thick. Our burritos and chimichangas were decent. The food portions were reasonable. However the price for three of us was more than $90 with drinks, tax and tip. A bit excessive for basic Mexican food in my opinion. It was also odd that the hallway to the restrooms went through the kitchen area.
