Most authentic Mexican food in Billings? Definitely. This is my first time in tonight, I had the three Taco combination with carnitas. Quality was absolutely outstanding, and I love the little bit of char on the outside.. it gave the carnitas a very authentic taste and texture.

Really good food. About as authentic as your gonna get in Billings. Had the birria tacos the other night and they were OUTSTANDING !

Thar was the best Mexican food that I found in billings. First time there and definitely will be back. I just wish they had guacamole, other than that the best. Had real salsa not enchilada sauce like what everyone else serves.

Best original Mexican I’ve had since Vegas! This is truly the best. Great food, great employees and fantastic atmosphere.

My wife asked a question about a menu item and then the whole staff proceeded to make fun of us in Spanish, not knowing we can speak Spanish. The food is overpriced for the quality and the service is beyond poor. Won’t eat there again.

I hate to put a bad review on these guys because they were really nice and the place was clean, etc. But the food was extremely disappointing to me especially when you consider the price ($20+ per person). I got the Burrito Fajita. The tortilla used was really thick and mushy and overtook anything else you were chewing on. The contents of the burrito reminded me of pot roast. Like if you put pot roast in a tortilla. The rice tastes like it has nothing but curry in it. The beans were ok and chips and salsa very average.

Heard was at this location, couldn’t wait to go eat there. With the bus, and Red Lodge one was closed. But got to this one, and no picture menu??? A little one at counter?? I don’t know what 90% of the item is listed on menu, and was why I loved the place, with all the pictures. Able to know what was ordering. Sad I will never be able to eat there again. But it happens.

I have been going to La Palmita since they were in red lodge. Ricardo and all of the employees have always been extremely kind. I went in for a takeout order today and Ricardo made a point to come out and say hello even though they were extremely busy. He started filling everyone’s order immediately. Love this place and will always return.

The food came highly recommended by multiple people. Maybe that’s why it was kind of a let down. My wife and I had Steak Tacos with rice and beans. My wife said the rice & beans were the best part, and I agree. The tortillas had more flavor than the Tacos. It was our first time there, so we’ll probably give it a 2nd shot. But was definitely disappointed.
