This little food cart is a gem! Parking was readily available. The little dining room they have set up is a cool idea. It has 4 tables in it and is modern looking and clean. I have only eaten here once so far. I got the Asada Torta, and let me tell you, it was super delicious. Big, warm, really flavorful, and filling. The green salsa is great tasting and zesty. The spicy salsa was nice and punchy. Service is quick too! I was only there for 4 or 5 minutes from pulling up to pulling out. Great job la paisanita! Will return!

After watching the Taco Chronicles on Netflix, I set about trying to find the best tacos Al pastor in Lane county. As far as I can tell, this place has it and it’s not even close. They’re not the traditional style where it’s roasted on a vertical spit schwarma style, they’re the more modern style featuring flavors of adoba and pineapple. The tortillas are finished on an open flame when you order. The lady who runs it is beyond friendly, and seems to know at least half of her customers. The dining area is spartan but enclosed, protected from the elements. The hours are somewhat problematic, but make sense given the nature of the location. It’s absolutely worth the effort. It’s my favorite place for lunch.

This place is a hidden gem. I got a pastor burrito earlier today and it was the most delicious pastor burrito I have ever had. Absolutely amazing, rich flavor with some chunks of pineapple; perfectly balanced with beans, rice, and fresh cilantro. And I kid you not, I received the fully made burrito, freshly made, in under 1 minute once I placed my order. I’ve never got my food that quickly for freshly made food, ever. Oh and the owners are saints. They’re in business for all the right reasons and intentions. A labor of love. I most certainly will be coming back! Thank you for the amazing food and experience!!
