I’m usually in Leadville for running in the mountains, and when I finish, I love to have some tacos! La Mina has been filling that empty spot since they opened, not just for me, but for other travelers and locals. Quick and delicious, simple and satisfying, give them a try!!

Delicious, fresh, food. So many vegetarian and vegan options. The cheese enchiladas were great and hubs enjoyed al pastor. The tres leches cake was pretty good too.

Food is excellent, they got vegan thangs, patatas fritas muy bien, cozy atmosphere, delicious red and green salsas. This place is counter service do not expect a waiter to wait on you, and that’s for the rude lady we saw giving the counter guy a hard time.

The food is good and comes out fast. Mix of Mexican and American fare. Most of the time the fries are perfect but sometimes they’re cold and not good. Nice outdoor seating area for the nice days and also a nice area inside. Plus a drive thru! This is my go-to place for a burger in town.
