worst food I have ever eaten. Every time I went there and thought maybe right now there will be normal food. tried almost everything. Like Mexican food doesn’t taste like her at all. Don’t waste your time and money, they don’t have any delicious food.

The mangonada tastes so bland and not like the other Michoacanas. The tacos had such an extreme amount of salt that I got sick after eating it. Flavor doesn’t mean it should be extremely salty. Lastly, the women working there do not have great customer service skills or know how to work a register or take your order correctly. They didn’t charge me correctly than asked me to pay the few cents they didn’t charge. I did not like the vibe or anything I consumed at this place.

The chicken tinga taco we tried was top notch. Happy to find this place right beside Walmart. Staff was very friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend this place. I have gone to other fancy as well as local places around but for me chicken tinga taco from here is best so far.

This branch runs scam. They overcharge for ice creams than any other branches of La Michoacana in Chicago area. Staff members here need to be trained and taught how to behave and serve customers. The AC and fans are off even at 90+ hot summer. If asked for AC, they said “it’s not that much hot here.”

I ordered tacos they messed up my order and then they refused to fix it. Short lady at the counter said I should’ve read the menu. When I looked at the menu there were two sections that mention tacos. One on the right side one on the left it was confusing. I’m not sure what the difference was but I told her I read the ingredients on the right side of the menu under tacos and I tried to explain this. She basically said she can’t do anything about it and that I should’ve read it and it’s my mistake. It was awkward and I felt uneasy so I just left. I have an allergy to dairy and can’t have the sour crème. If they would’ve fixed it, They would’ve won over a customer and heck I would’ve even tipped them for fixing it. But the way they responded and made me feel like it was my fault. I will never come back here again and don’t recommend anyone else to go to a place that can’t provide you with basic customer service.

I always go for their Agua frescas & fruit which are always very good and aren’t to sweet. However it was very disappointing the fruit I got this time, I understand the staff is busy but it would nice if they can be considerate when packing the fruit.

WoW , I’m so impressed with this “La Michoacana Location” ! They are located on Touhy ave, next to Walmart and across from PNC bank , This place is the cleanest and organized restaurant I bing on the neighborhood , you can see from the outside window how clean and perfect they prepare your food .. I was staring at the window while they were preparing my food..like !..They have the BEST halal Taco , Burrito, Quesadilla, and Home Made ice cream with All Natural ingredient that you can see , The stuff is very friendly and informative the owner “Sohail “,was telling me about how much he care about the all natural ingredients they use with Colombian mangoes and Italian components for the ice cream and Mexican recipes ..they speak English, Spanish , Pakistani ..what else can you ask for! ..I 100% Recommend this Place!
