They make the best vegan chimis , I think it’s the only place that even makes vegan chimis , the baked ziti was really good too . Place was really clean and they were super nice.

It is WAY too hot in there. I wanted to eat in with my niece bit I had to leave because of the heat. I have chronic vestibular migraine and the heat triggered it. The Chimis are good though.

It was good but no AC on inside the restaurant and not only just that. I see flies and a cockroach so they gotta keep their place clean and take care the bug problem in their otherwise no one will come and eat when their no AC and cockroaches swarming the place

I couldn’t even place a simple order for pick up due to a language barrier. I attempted to order a vodka sauce pie. She didn’t understand. So I tried ordering a large pie, half pepperoni and half Meatballs. She didn’t understand. From a business perspective, it frustrates me very much when the person I’m trying to place an order with doesn’t even speak English well enough to take an order. I feel whatever line of business you get in, KNOW YOUR PRODUCT YOU SELL. You will be surprised how many people do not know anything about their job. It’s sad that I couldn’t even get to try the food because they couldn’t take a simple order that wasn’t complicated and that’s the basis of my one star rating.

RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called to place a delivery order to my hotel (Hampton Inn Rockville Center, 4.2 Miles away) and was told they won’t deliver to me UNLESS I SPEND AT LEAST $40 DOLLARS. Then after I asked how far the restaurant is away from my hotel (because I figured I’d just get the order for carry out) he took offense to my question & hung up on me. Wow, that’s a new low – I guess I should have apologized for wanting to spend money at your business as soon as you answered, just to be safe.

Used to love ordering from here till they sent a chimi without the chicken. And ontop of that a avacado That wasn’t even ready to be eaten ! It was rock hard ! Seriously don’t know if there’s new staff but they are dumb as a feather

I love this place! The food is amazing my favorites are their Yaroas, Pastas, Mofongos, chimis, And the chimi pizza, their steam table is also very tasty, specially their Mangu and el pollo al cardero, and for desert my favorite is their sweet arepa. In an overall great customer service, fast delivery and very welcoming atmosphere!
