9/2 update: My mom was craving Quiche Florentine for our weekly lunch. We came to the Town and Country location early afternoon to satisfy her craving. When we started ordering in the line, we were told that the item is out. Assuming the cafe is making more since it’s early in the day, I asked a follow-up question of “how long would be to wait?” and what’s met with a cold “we’re out” without further explanation. Also, waited in line for 5 minutes just to pay and there were no one in front of me. Went to the bakery section to add one more item and also a long wait. Just to add, the cafe wasn’t busy. Far below the norm for service at this location.

Have been going there for years, always buying large Ceasar splitting it into two plates. Always was so much of it that it was hard to fit on two plates. This time, the salad barely covered the bottom on both plates. I literally started laughing. But when I got my glass for the drink, I almost started crying. See the picture why.

Went to pick up mobile order and Steven caught an attitude with me because I didn’t say hello to him. I came back and asked for his name, he told me and then proceeded to tell me that he was gonna block me from ordering. Steven needs to not serve the public if that’s what he thinks customer service is. He needs to be retrained. How are you gonna act like that towards a paying customer. I will be calling corporate because that is unacceptable behavior towards a U.S Navy veteran. If I was able to give 0 start I totally would do it. Will never return to this location. Would have returned the entire order but it contained my coworkers lunch as we work nights. I definitely feel like he profiled me because of the way I looked. 0 stars!!!!!

Food was absolutely delicious, but service needs a lot of work. We had 3 order takers, which caused us to repeat our order multiple times. When food was brought to the table, items were missing. It gave us the impression what we were about to eat was going to follow suit with what we already experienced; poor quality. But alas, we were proven wrong. Hoping it was an off day for the staff behind the counter. Will give it another try soon.

Other than coffee options missing skim milk or even 2% milk vs whole milk which is our preference due to medical dietary restrictions, the Service Specialist “Thomas” made our visit feel like we were in Paris at a pleasant cafe! While we were there, it was easy to see that he is very engaged with everyone dining in! I was very impressed with his pleasantries for every table he stopped by to assist his guest! Bravo Thomas!!!

$ 23 for two chicken Parisienne sandwiches, and thus is everything but not sandwiches ,this small croasan!!!!!!!! I am a customer for many many years but this has become ridiculous !!! First I asked for French bread, they told me they didn’t have it, he told me I could get in craosan what decline and asked for regular bred i still got croasan, but he probably doesn’t care what the customer says so he put me croasan, further i said put me lettuce in both service and in one tomato in one no, he put only tomato and in the other sandwich nothing !! !! What I received is not worth even $ 10 let alone $ 23, and not to mention the service, I came here for the first time and very dissatisfied, unlike Lamadlena on 10001 Westhimer and Bltw 8 where the service is incomparably better, this time and never again this place I will not visit !!!!! Very dissatisfied !!!!

Won’t be coming back and it’s simply because of their handling of to-go orders. As some one short on time, I like to call ahead and place my order so I can grab it quickly. I also always pay with a La Madeline gift card upon arrival. Lo and behold, I called the other day and suddenly they will not take an order over the phone without payment and a gift card cannot be taken over the phone! I have been coming here for years and paying when I arrive with a gift card. You’re probably thinking “Why doesn’t this lady just order on the app or online and avoid this headache?” Well let me tell you the most amazing part! The La Madeline app/online ordering system does not accept La Madeline gift cards. What kind of idiotic set up is that???? Level up (the company they use for their app) is the worst mobile ordering service that exists so I am not surprised. So for these reasons, I will no longer visit this location unless they reinstate pay when you get there orders OR if they allow gift card payment through their app.

We ordered catering order for 14 people. When I came back to office, we found out 4 of salad was not a good condition to eat. The spring mix that they used for the salad was just ready to trash. I was pretty disappointed to their food.
