Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is great and the staff were nice. The food…absolutely delicious. I went for brunch and to work on some stuff and it was perfect. Not too loud and I felt very comfortable. Will definitely be making this my regular spot

I usually order online to go. This was my first time eating inside and the floors weren’t that clean and the tables were sticky with crumbs in chairs and on the tables….I ordered the chicken La madeleine because the picture on the menu looked really good. When I finally got my food it did not look like the picture and it was barely warm. The chicken was pale and not fresh. The rice wasn’t very good either. The broccoli seemed as though it was frozen. I couldn’t finish any of it. A couple hours later I felt sick after eating the food. I knew it was from the food because I lost my appetite after leaving and didn’t eat anything else. I usually get the chicken friand which is usually good, but I wanted to try something different……

I went into this store to pickup dessert after having supper. There was a couple sitting at a table, and no one else. There were 2 servers behind the counter. No one said a word to me. One server walked behind the counter, stared at me and walked off. After standing there for 5 minutes, I walked out. It’s sad because they missed out on about 50 dollars in sales. I will not be back.

Love the atmosphere, customer service, music and especially the food. My favorite for lunch is the French dip. Excellent! I like afternoon coffee and their French roost is really good. Also, the French country breakfast is excellent with the potato gelette.

I will preface this with La Madeline is one of my favorite places…usually. The one in Tyler was the first time I have ever been disappointed. First, the restaurant was basically empty so what happened was a surprise.I ordered a quiche and a large cappuccino for in room dining. Paid and gave a tip (that I wish I could take back now), got my quiche and my little sign for them to bring me the cappuccino and went to my table. After 10 minutes, still no cappuccino. So I stood up and asked. They acted like they had no idea of my order but I had heard the girl at the cash register call it out. Someone finally brought it to me, dropped it on the table saying ,”Here you go ” and kept walking. No, I am sorry for the delay, nothing. It was in a to go cup and was absolutely the worst watered down no flavor cappuccino I have ever had. Definitely not what I normally get at other La Madeline restaurants. I won’t return.

Poorly staffed. Eggs ordered over easy were cooked well done. Fruit cup and jam were forgotten. Staff didn’t know how to ring up a coupon. Food tasted good but eggs were cold. LaMadeline ustd to be a favorite of mine but has gotten steadily worse over last few years. I’m done!!!

Great menu and atmosphere, serve breakfast all day, lots of sandwiches, pastas, and Pasteur items! They also have crepes! Lots of seating, both indoors and outdoors. I would recommend getting the full sandwich and never the half, it’s $1 more and definitely worth it.

We have never tried lunch here, we always just come for desert! They have such an amazing selection of home baked goodies that you can’t get anywhere else in town! We love their macarons, croissants, tarts, cookies, and muffins! I’m sad to say but we haven’t tried the cheesecake yet. Picture is of a chocolate tart and fresh fruit tart. If you are looking for a unique treat, this is the place to start!

We walked in waited to be seated. No signs of any kind explaining how to be served. Across the room there is a bar where you order apparently. We got tired of waiting and walked to the bar where there were 3 young girls talking to each other and ignoring us completely. After getting tired of being ignored, I yelled out “hello”! and waved. They stopped talking and I asked if we were supposed to order from them or be seated first. They said to order with them and handed us menus. Mine was covered in some brown sticky substance. There were about 6 options for breakfast. None of them sounded particularly appetizing and all 3 girls had disappeared, so there was no one to order from anyway. So we just left. Disappointing. I was excited to try out a nice French Bistro in tyler.

I love the atmosphere of this place! Perfect for taking visitors for brunch. Service is great here. Everyone is very friendly. Everything was delicious. The reason for a missing star is the portion of the food. It was very minimal. The baked good were very good! I will probably be back just not as often for the cost.
