We tried LaLuna for the first time, a few days ago and it will definitely not be our last visit! Everything was SO DELICIOUS and fresh! Lili is hilarious and was very hospitable! We had fajita pitas and papusas along with a kids chicken quesadilla plate and chips and queso – all super tasty and very authentic tasting! If you’re on the fence about trying LaLuna, let this review be your sign to try it! Prepare yourself, though, for sass and taste bud explosions!

Love this place. The owner is very sassy which hurts some people’s feelings. The food is great and the lady means no harm. Maybe not a good place for Karen’s or snowflakes.

This small, quality restaurant is stellar! Operated by a mother/daughter team with handmade, homemade, fresh, delicious food and ingredients, prepared right in front of you from scratch. The pupusas are authentic and PHENOMENAL. From the main dish to the accompanying beans, rice, cabbage/slaw/radish toppings to the homemade salsa and hand-brewed hibiscus tea, there are dozens of reasons to not only stop in here, but to make it a destination! It’s worth the trip (we drive over from Bentonville) and the price is right. Plus you get to see the proprietor make your meal while having great conversation. Thank God places like this still exist! We’ve been twice, ten years apart, but won’t wait as long next time. We love La Luna!

Great food! Lili is a spicy as her food. If you can’t handle the heat (from her) don’t come here. We love her and the food.

Cheese Pupusas were delicious! The salsa de tomate and cortido had just the right amount of spicy. The pupusas came with chips, rice and beans! It’s obvious this food is made with love. Don’t second guess it. Order your food!

The tacos were good, but customer service ain’t that good…..my family and I didn’t enjoy the sassines from one of the ladies. When taking the order she told me to shut up that she was taking someone else’s order first then she asked what drink you want? we were looking at the menu and she said “if you have some drinks in your car is better”

Stopped by for Sunday brunch. Walked in to what seemed to be the obvious entrance to find something like 8 chairs at a counter looking at the kitchen area. The lady at the stove spoke little, if any, English. I asked her if she were Lili, who is mentioned in the menu. All I could understand of the reply (in Spanish) was someone was at the market and would be back in 5 minutes.

Me and my dad went there while driving around. Place was great, their tacos were the best I ever had. The lady making our food was kind and humorous. The food is clearly made with love, and it’s simplicity was amazing. Definitely go if you are around the area, you won’t regret it.

So… if you like to be insulted for what you order by the cook… this is your place… and it’s AWESOME. My sister hates it, me and my brothers love it.

I came all the way from New York for these pupusas! The food is delicious and the owner is LOVELY, and honestly— people getting mad in the comments about her sense of humor just take her comments too seriously, it is all in good fun 🙂
