I cannot believe how horrible the food and customer service we just got from La Hurradura was. The quesadilla was sopping wet and sitting a puddle of liquid, the beef in the tacos we got was hard and crunchy, and the chips were all burnt. We called them before heading back to see what could be done and they hung up on us! My husband went back with the food to show them and they were so rude and absolutely refused to do ANYTHING about any of it, including replacing any food or giving us a refund. $60 bucks down the drain and inedible dinner. We will NEVER eat there again. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I never see them open but saw they were when I was driving by today so I decided to swing by and pick up lunch. My daughter got a quesadilla kids meal, rice and beans were bland but fine. The quesadilla tasted rotten. I got a Carne asada torta and it was the worst torta I’ve ever had. Mostly lettuce, hardly any meat, onion or tomato and the bun tasted very old and stale. I will not be going back.

I went for lunch and ordered a chorizo, bean and potato burrito. She asked me if I wanted cheese. Sure. I get to the window, and I’m charged a full extra dollar for the cheese-which wasn’t told to me at the drive thru. Strike one. I receive my food, and ask for green sauce. I get one small container. It still smells great, so I go to eat it, take a bite, and the chorizo is sweeter tasting than I would expect. After reading other reviews, I am wondering if the chorizo or any other ingredients were spoiled? The potatoes weren’t cooked all the way either.

Drive thru is convenient and quick. The ladies remind me of my tias and were very welcoming and friendly. Salsa has a great kick and tastes homemade. The carne asada was well seasoned and juicy. Reasonably priced food. Simple ingredients. Can’t go wrong. Hablan español.

I just ordered 2 bacon breakfast burritos for my son & I’m currently out of State….I was treated very poorly on the phone & then they got the order wrong & made him 2 Oregon burritos….I called them back after hearing from my son that the order was messed up & the woman who took my order started arguing with me that I didn’t order 2 bacon breakfast burritos…. then hung up on me!!

I went to La Herradura Mexican Food to try some food and they had Mexican Hot chocolate for only $3.00 what a steal! It was so good I recommend trying it. The service was amazing and the food had good flavor. The chicken supreme is so good packed with flavor and cheap. And the tamales taste so good.

The food is super delicious, however, the prices are always inconsistent. My fiance and I always order the same thing every single week, and every time it’s a different total. There for awhile it was $14ish, but about two weeks ago the total was $16! The lady at the window couldn’t really explain why. Last week it was $15. If you’re going to advertise a price for an item, it needs to be that same price every single time.
