Food is good, not great but very good and the portions are generous. The people who work there are very nice too. Their prices are also excellent. What I don’t understand is why, for take out, to get extra guacamole, sour cream, or salsa, they charge you $2.70 for what they say is 2 Oz but in reality is closer to one Oz or 1 tbspn. The price is ridiculous but worse, what you receive is not enough to compliment the meal as it should. You need more. People requesting additional sides isn’t where they should be making their money and $2.70 for what turns out to be a tablespoon of guacamole or salsa or sour cream is ridiculous. Truly I was stunned when I saw the price for extra quacomole, salsa, sour cream. while ordering and then really disappointed when I saw the quantity was less than 2 Oz.

Ordered the wet beef burrito with no rice. Looked delicious when I opened it, order was made correctly too. The sauce on the burrito is flavorful and I would try the enchiladas next time because I’m sure it’s the same sauce. The filling though was bland. Beans tasted fine but the beef had absolutely no seasoning. There’s a lot of beef in the burrito so they don’t skimp on portions, it’s just not very good. Try something different or be prepared to unwrap the burrito and salt the beef yourself.

This our go-to place for great Mexican food. Portion sizes are generous, the food is delicious, and the menu has a lot of variety. I would highly recommend you try some of their top shelf margaritas! My personal favorite entrée is the guisada, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

By FAR the worst service I had had in years!!! Yolanda was so rude to My Family, couldn’t even remember salt.. TWICE I ASKED…GOT NOTHING. I tiped $0 and NEVER DO THAT! WILL NEVER BE BACK AND TELLING EVEYONE!! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!

Owner was a little rude. Went to walk in to use bathroom from outdoor dining and she startled me by yelling at me do you see the sign go around… it was evening for goodness sake. I was a paying customer.

The food was good, and we would have enjoyed ourselves more and came back if the employee (owner?) didn’t insist we leave. She came to our table 3 times and asked if we need takeout boxes, we smiled politely and thanked her and said no thank you we are ok, continued our conversation. She asked again 2 more times in the span of 10 minutes (we checked the time, we had a little time before picking up our daughter from school) and the third time she came and placed the check on our table. Ok not too out of the ordinary, we decided to pay but didn’t know she was asking us to leave until after we were done signing and she stood at our booth staring at us. The restaurant was completely empty (except 2 other tables) and they were not closing. I was so confused and asked her if she needed the table? Does she need to clean the table? (Like What is it?) She just said no no but the restaurant is empty so if you don’t need boxes… uhh ok. So, no customers were waiting for our table, they weren’t closing, and our bill was paid for. Why were we getting kicked out, it was interesting for sure and makes sense why the restaurant was empty. I’d say this is a first for me. Never have I gone out for drinks with my girlfriends or out with my husband and been forced to end our discussion to leave. Very weird, but we will not be going back.

This place has a great locAtion to downtown but the service is absolutely awful. We have been there at least a dozen times. We are local and keep trying this restaurant because of its location and convenience. Even when the restaurant isn’t busy you will wait awhile for service. We sat and waited 15 minutes for a highchair. I am really disappointed because we really want to like this restaurant but each time we have to wait at least 15 minutes to get service for drinks. I would recommend trying other restaurants.
