It was great. Lasagna my girl got was great. Chefs spaghetti with chicken and shrimp was great. Service was great. Prices were not great cause money ain’t free but good prices if you’re not sinking in a poop economy like I know many of you are. I would go back no will go back. You go too. You will be pleasantly full of great Italian food. It will be great.

This place has decent Italian food at a very reasonable price. I fed my family of 6 for under $70. Don’t expect this to be the best Italian you’ve ever had. It’s on par with most value chain, Italian restaurants. The service is really good. The staff is very friendly and kept the drinks filled. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Left us saying, “Io amo Blanchard”.

This is probably the best Italian restaurant in Louisiana and eastern Texas. I have been in every “Italian” restaurant in Louisiana north of Baton Rouge and most of them in eastern Texas from Longview down to Houston and I have found none like my favorite Sicilian restaurant that has been rated 5 star for the past 20 years.

So far so good. 1st week open. 5 of us had an assortment of the menu. Chicken ala soup, Lasagne, chicken spaghetti and regular spaghetti. The plate (hot) size portions filled up everyone with the 2 skettis having to get a take home box. Maybe they filled up on salad. Bread was good and plentiful but I think with the next visit we will try the garlic cheese ball bread appetizer.

Appetizers were great not greasy. My eggplant parmasean would rival Monjuni’s or Olive Garden’s any day. Hubby had lasagna which he wished had another layer to it. Tirimisu was fresh & tasty. We’ll be back.
