We ordered through Uber Eats versus sit down. Food came quickly, good temperature, flavors were good as well. Value for the money, on point. Empanadas weren’t bad but we’ve had better. Love the chorizo and the chicharrones! Steak was good, rice and beans excellent, loved the buenelos. They gave us a few items we didn’t order (black sausage and more pork) and missed a pain de queso. However, we were happy with the meal. It was a quick easy home style lunch.

Found this place by chance. Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was great! Our server was super friendly and helpful with the menu and recommendations. They have authentic dishes from Colombia and beer as well. On the weekends they have live music and entertainment. I will definitely be back to try other dishes…

Great place to stop and eat some good Columbian food. The Mojarra Frita is one of the best I’ve ever had. Their rice and beans are also very good. Tostones are perfectly crisp and well done. Empanadas are also very good and perfectly cooked.

Food was yummy A bit expensive but yummy. I do miss local fondas which fed you well… for not so much money. This is not one of those holes in the walls. The servers were nice… although one forgot to get me water when I arrived…. but it was only 2 waiters at the time. I might come back to taste some Colombian yum yums.

The place is a bit outdated. The food came out in reasonable time but was very disorganized. On all of our orders something was missing, whether it was the salad or the tostones they took forever to bring out the missing items. They seem to be very understaffed and we had like 5 employees serving us filling in where the could. They didn’t have a drink option and also didn’t have chicken nuggets or tenders which I found odd. The food was ok but the fries lacked salt and so did the guacamole. Note if you will order the tostones and guacamole, they will give you more guacamole than is needed for the tostones. Parking is ample and the inside of the restaurant is large. Poor lighting in the back half of the restaurant. The food was ok but the milanesa was a bit oily and lacked flavor. The tostones were good and so was the white rice. The rice with shrimp was good. The salad that comes with the orders has a weird sauce/dressing. Overall 3/5 probably won’t come back but I did get filled up. Try and see if you like it.

Enjoyed the Mondongo and Bandeja Paisa! The staff service and quality of food was outstanding and as Colombians we’ve eaten at hundreds of Colombian restaurants. So happy to see another quality Colombian restaurant in the area! Great job La Fonda!

Personally it is one of the restaurants with the worst service I have ever had. We ordered lemons that were never brought to us, we ordered eggs with the salchipapa that arrived cold, I had to look for the waitresses to serve us since they never came to see us. The food was also cold and not really tasty at all, my sister’s plate was a paisa platter and only had one plantain. Clearly a tease, in a way I understand that they were a bit busy but there were people who could have attended us but they did not. It took them 30 minutes to give us our food. It took 30 minutes to give us the bill and a few boxes to bring us the food we had ordered when we were done. overall, a bad experience and I do not recommend this place.

Food was good, the service (One Waitress in Particular) not so much. (Waitress was not organized, brought out the apps after the entree, once we reminded her. Was never asked how the food was, do you need anymore refreshments or Dessert…Nada. Bus boy cleaned the table and waited over 20min to get the check) finally asked for the check and she starts blending a smoothie for another customer. I stood up to get the check from the register. Poor service.
