First, the food wasn’t authentic. The meat was over cooked. The waiter stood at the table and waited for me to sign my check. Subpar food and will not be back! If I could give 0 stars I would. The server wouldn’t even give my spouse enough time as she came in late to look over the menu. Absolutely horrible. The water tasted like soap.

Absolutely atrocious!! I apologize to anyone that thinks this is quality Mexican food. If you are ever in San Diego stop by my families restaurant Casa Machado’s and you will know. Fortunately I was only in town for just a few days. Save your money and go to taco bell. The vegetarian burrito looked like they just threw left over sauted vegetables in a tortilla and the complimentary chips were stale. Very sloppy and overpriced for what they serve you.

The grilled chicken in my taco salad was like rubber. I told the worker at the register, and he said, “Sorry, the manager is not here” He swiped my card and charged me $15 for that nasty taco salad. Not planning on returning.
