Wonderful food! Courteous and friendly staff. An error was made on a “To Go’ lunch. I called to let them know what was missing. The manager apologized and told us if we brought it back, they would make the order correct. Not only did they correct the error, but we received a do-over meal. Hot and tasty . They seem to care about their customers. Will go to this restaurant again! Plus the food is great !!

Everytime I get take out from this restaurant my order is never, and I repeat never correct. I was very specific and repeated it four times so as to not be a mix up. You work hard all day and just want a good meal. You spend 20 bucks for your meal and not what you ordered. Why is it so difficult.

I can’t rate the food. I knew what I wanted, rice chicken, shrimp, grilled onions and broccoli with queso on top. They don’t sell this combination. Had no broccoli, was going to charge me extra for onions. And the cashier was laughing at me and speaking Spanish to another employee. About me I can only assume. Never would’ve happened at La Fiesta in Gboro. And we know why. They let me leave w/o purchasing anything.

Nestled in strip mall, this blink and you’ll miss it restaurant is a hidden gem in Graham, NC. The tortilla chips are homemade with a perfectly spicy salsa. Our server took our orders and the food came out hot within minutes. The Mexico City Tacos with frijoles charros were absolutely delicious. For lunch or dinner, La Fiesta Graham is perfect for all appetites.

Ordered a togo order and the person over the phone mistakenly took my order wrong. She put in something totally different than what i asked for and I asked for something SPECIFIC. She went back and forth with me over the phone and the manager was RUDE & also went back and forth with me over the phone. I could hear them laughing about it because the phone was not on mute and the manager did not even want to speak with me. He was forced to. No refund or credit was given even though she was wrong! I will never visit this location ever again! Rude management! $40 for nachos that I’m not going to eat and 3 quesadillas! TERRIBLE!

HEADS UP – they are no longer honoring kids meal specials on take out orders so make sure to take your kids in to the restaurant and make a nice big mess so you can get the special. Spill an extra drink for me

Pleasantry of the staff I would have gave a five stars however after we were seated they were a good ten minutes bringing drinks and then another taking our order and very slow as well I’m bringing the food. I’d also give the food three and a half Stars decent place to eat but I have had better. Bathroom is extra clean as well as the entire restaurant.
