Food was not good. We ordered bone marrow and got a bone with no marrow. Ordered elote but it’s on the cob- couldn’t share with the table. Dry. Service was slow. Aesthetically pleasing only.

Went into La Distileria on two separate occasions recently and both times it was fantastic. The first time (my first visit ever), I was there checking out the space for an event. The owner Isaac was amazing. He’s very accommodating and works hard to make sure his customers are happy and get exactly what they want. The first time in, our server was Gabby. She was extremely attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable. She provided us with great recommendations on what to try. During that first visit, we tried the chicken wings, Quesabirria, Sopitos, and Emapandas. The food was amazing. I also had a top shelf marg which I loved. During my second visit, I was with a group of people and forced them all to try the Sopitos, and Emapandas. During this visit I had the house marg which was just as tasty as the top shelf. I highly recommend this restaurant. One other fantastic thing about this place is that it has a private banquet room and another small space that can hold a semi-private party (held about 15-20 ppl).

The spaciousness of the dining room was comfortable and relaxing. There are tables that have board game layouts across the top of them and large bookcases full of interesting objects giving the area an eclectic and fun appeal that almost feels like a summer vacation home.

First off I would like to say the environment in great! Tacos are really good, not enough consommé for dipping the . A family member had the Posole and said it was great. Another family member had a chicken and cheese quesadilla, and said it was not so good as the chicken was flavored with cinnamon, he also waited for 30 min and we were done eating by the time he received his food. As for appetizers we ordered the queso fundillo, for the price you would think you would actually get fresh melted cheese, instead it was cheese for a can. The Plantains were good and the the guacamole was decent. As for the drinks, the michalada had no ice, and we received for poor refill service.

There is a credit card fee that is not posted anywhere. Basic Mexican food with added charges that are not posted. Do not go there 22% gratuity charge. Any Mexican chain restaurant is better than this! Food is not good.
