First time for us and it’s good knowing this is just 5 minutes away. Friendly staff, gets you right away. Deluxe burrito is fantastic, flavorful with a light spinach cheese sauce on top that is phenomenal. My strawberry margarita was the perfect blend, smooth with no ice chunks and stayed cold and not watery the whole meal. We will definitely be back!

This was a first time in La Costa Mexicana! We don’t frequent the Parkville area much, only time we go there is for a biannual doctors appointment, this was only our second visit to the area. I’m only wishing we had tried this joint last time !!! The chips and salsa were made in house, and you could tell! It’s a family owned business, I know because I asked. Our servers were friendly down to to earth folk, which always makes for a better experience! Now for the food, it was excellent!! The wife and I had street tacos. She had beef and I had the pork which we shared. Both the meats were well seasoned and tender and served in a corn shell. The standard sides of rice and beans seemed to have an extra something that made them better!! Maybe because the rice was moist not dry and the beans had a hint of smoke!! They also had a couple of unique dipping sauces for the tacos which we had never had the pleasure of, but want to again!!! We just might have to find another reason or two to hit the Parkville area!! Great place, if you’re in the are and want good food, give La Costa Mexicana a try!!!!!

Service was fantastic and the place is packed with 20min wait on Friday night … so they are clearly doing something right! The rice was great and my wife’s enchilada and taco were both really good, too. The bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp…looked pretty but didn’t taste so great. (I ordered that to stay low carb…next time I’ll stick with a side of ground beef). Extra charge to pay by credit card…I don’t blame them, the banks are charging them a fee so at least they are not simply raising the food price for everyone.

Great little place with good food… actually seasoned unlike some of the other places in the area that have very bland food. Their taco Tuesday deal is better than another known place. Shells are not homemade but the seasoning on the meats and the sauces are much better.

Ordered a lunch portion of steak fajitas. They were cooked well and tasty. Portion size was fairly good for lunch. Chip & Salsa are included, and both tasted fine. The service was decent, but they weren’t crowded either. It’s not my favorite Mexican restaurant, but overall it was good and I would eat here again.
