I came here expecting a lot due to some of the reviews. I’m not sure if we came on a bad day or if their customer service is not good. When we got there, the lady behind the register was just giving us like a “mad look” that we showed up. During our time at the restaurant, she kept disappearing for more than 10 minutes, so if we needed something, then we had to go and ring the bell. We went around 4 pm and wanted to order one of their Aguas frescas, and she said, “Today we only made Jamaica.” The food was OK, I have had better pupusas. The inside of the restaurant needs remodeling.

I’m in love! La Cocina de Luzita is INCREDIBLE!!! The food is packed with flavor and authentically made. Wow wow wow is what ran through my mind as I took bite after bite. Carne Asada was well seasoned and cut to a great thickness. The jalapeño and cheese pupusa with pickled cabbage was so delightful. Everything we ordered was a hit. Highly recommend eating here.

Great new restaurant in St Geoege with authentic Latin food not the same bland Mexican dishes like at the million other restaurants in town. Food takes a bit longer than quick service however it’s worth the wait for fresh made or order food. They have been open less than a month, give this family run business a try!

Wonderful service and delicious food! We ordered 20 pupusas and 4 large horchatas to go. The food is so good! I’m enjoying leftovers today. They weren’t able to get us the horchatas…something happened. However they gave us their fresh mango drink plus an extra for the inconvenience. I’m not one who likes mango but this drink is SO GOOD! Looking forward to going again.

Authentic food and experience. English to Spanish was a bit challenging but that is what you want if you expect good food. Very sweet staff.

Customer services was really in need of improvement. Tables were left dirty for long periods of time. Asked the Girl for a box multiple times to never get one. Took so long to check out it felt like we were never going to get out of there.

Meh. Came with my wife and friend. Almost impossible to order, meaning communication with the server was near impossible. The wait time for our food was inordinately long. Only two other tables were filled.
