We had the Birria, Mulita, and carne asada. The portions were big. The mulita was marinated pork ( super salty ).I aint gonna lie. For $80 it wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be. It was ok.

Quesabirria should be the one and only thing on your mind when you come here. Seriously, this restaurant is the best kept secret in the area. Originally I thought the price was a bit high for image I had in my mind. When the food comes out, they give you two MASSIVE Quesabirrias, LOADED. Hand made tortillas and literally the size of a plate. We must have come in right before the lunch rush because within 10 minutes of arriving, 18 others came in to fill up the restaurant. Wish I had known this place before!

My family and I have been looking for an authentic place for quite some time and have been so disappointed with places we have tried previously. So glad we found this place that we had previously overlooked. The food is incredible!! The service is also wonderful, the owner is so friendly and sincere. Definitely will be going back! We did not realize the portion sizes which are huge so will adjust our order next time. We had the birria tacos and burrito, rice and beans, guacamole, chips and 2 of the salsas. So Yummy!!

Second time we have ate here and it’s so fresh and delicious. Great customer service and big portion sizes. Horchata was the best I have ever had, so fresh and cold. I ordered the nachos and had them take off the guacamole and pico. We did wait a little longer as they had just started making some fresh steak and it was absolutely worth it. Such a great Father’s Day dinner.

Me & my friend have been going around Canyon/Ada County trying to find different, little or “hole in the wall” restaurants the last 1.5yrs and this has been on my “to go list” for awhile. I FOUND MY FAVORITE BIRRIA PLACE! Lived in Mexico 5 years and I have been across the USA trying to find the birria worth hyping about and I found it here! Yes, its a little on the higher side for Caldwell, Idaho but the portions don’t disappoint! I got the quesobirria and my husband got a burrito then realized he missed out on the Birria train and ended up getting a birria taco and it was superb! You must go here, order first then seat yourself! Provecho!

Clean place. You order at the front 1st then they bring you your food. HUGE portions. But was a little disappointed in the taste. Chips were hard/crunchy. Meat a little dry but all edible. Just wasn’t my favorite.
