I have tasted The Cecína Tacos ( Air Dried Strips if Beef warmed / sizzled on a hot grill) with fresh chopped and cooked french fries. On a Blue Corn, Hand Made in front of you, Tortillas. Comes with slices of Cucumber and Or Nopalitos (grill sizzled cactus strips) Cecína was seasoned perfectly to that i added a few dashes of fresh lemon and poured on my tacos their delicious Red Homemade Salsa. So Bright and flavorful with a good Kick of Heat..
