Came here for vegan food. Ordered the two tamales and the Diego Rivera mole enchiladas. The tamales were great! The enchiladas were good. I think the mole sauce could use a bit more complexity but if its your first introduction to mole I think the flavor is mild enough to give you a general idea. The food is similar if not exactly the same as Tumerico with the exception that they make nonvegan food as well. The food was overall good. Minus one star because the bathroom. You have to use a key that everyone touched regardless if they washed their hands. And we all know people don’t. Also the toilet paper and paper towels didn’t have dispensers so again regardless of how sanitary you are you’re touching semi wet paper that’s supposed to be clean but isn’t. Anywhere else I wouldn’t mind but in a place I eat and where the people preparing my food use I expect more sanitary standards.

Mmmmmm, so good! I had the Barbacoa (red plate in the picture) and it was delicious!!! My husband chose the Red Chicken Enchiladas (blue plate in the picture) which was also good – but not as good as mine!

Delicious and healthy food, which is so surprising for how flavorful it is. I’ve had jackfruit carnitas in many places but this one was by far my favorite. I highly recommend the ropa viejas and their drinks. Everything we got was great: mole veggie plate, rainbow smoothie, and horchata latte.
