I used to eat here often but this will be the last time. I ordered from home while looking at the online menu. I ordered a meal “covered in cheese sauce” as well as ordering another cheese sauce. The meal showed up with absolutely 0 cheese. I sent my girlfriend to pick it up as I was sick. When she got back she informed me of how much it cost and it was almost double on the menu and they forgot my drink. I called up and complained. They said the prices had changed even though they had not adjusted them online. She went back up to get more cheese since they forgot mine on my meal. They sent her back with the smallest cup of cheese I have ever seen. I will never go back here. Terrible customer service.

The sauce for the Fajita was very hot,I don’t like hot. A choice should be given or ask the customer to assure their preference & followed. Short wait time. Enchiladas weren’t that hot, temperature hot.

The food was good, but the service was unbelievably slow. There were only two servers working. When our group arrived, there were only two other tables with patrons. It was 20 minutes before our order was taken and 35-40 minutes more before we got our food. We arrived about 11:10 and didn’t get away until 12:35.

My boyfriend’s food was burnt. My steak was cooked ok but the seasoning was awful that they used. Waitress could not tell me the alcohol beverages they had. The beer was green. I do not recommend the place to anyone

1st visits inside dining was great,fast service,good portions,next 2 visits are take outs ,order ready in 20 mins with great portions and stays hot in aluminum pans til your back home to eat. I had the t bone steak all three times and wife had potato fiesta with chicken each time. Will continue purchasing from this location in Medina,great food and very good prices.
