La Candela never disappoints. The food is excellent. The spicy ceviche and the lomo saltado are why I take the drive to come. Authentic flavors when it comes to food and the pisco sour is amazing . Overall , 9/10.

We visited this location on a Saturday evening, in December- surprisingly it was not terribly busy. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the servers were very presentable. There is an extensive menu, and the food was delicious. We ordered papitas a la huancaina and anticuchos as an appetizer. As entrees, we ordered the : filete de pescado en salsa de camarones, aji de gallina, salmon al grill, arroz chaufa de carne, and(x2) chicha morada. The food was great.

Loved it here. Phenomenal restaurant, which I highly recommend. Randomly chose this place & from the window you can see how nicely the place is decorated. The interior and exterior is eye catching. Service was phenomenal. Staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. Ambience is amazing. Parking available. They have nights that offer live music, karaoke, e.t.c. they also have rooms that can host large parties and events. Definitely make your way here.

This was my first time eating here. I have to say I had a nice late lunch. Service was very quick and friendly. I stopped in with my friend and she ordered the ceviche. The only downfall is that they only have one size for the jalea. I have been to many Peruvian restaurants and this has been pretty much the only one that doesnt have a smaller jalea. So since I was really in the mood for that I had to splurge and spent the $49 bucks. I ate as much as I could and took the rest home. Food was very good. Will come back again and will try the lomo saltado next.
