I will never spend a dime here ever again !!! Customer service is terrible. I assume management has changed over the years because I’ve never experienced anything like this. The quality of their service and food is going downhill. I haven’t had a seamless and consistent experience with them in a while! When you call regarding your order they talk over you and hang up on you, even if you’re speaking to them in a respectful manor. They don’t take ownership for missing food in your order. Just extremely unethical and disrespectful. My family has been coming here since I was a little girl and you can tell that this establishment has changed for the worse tremendously. Their poor service is running away loyal customers!! There is way better quality food and service within the realm of Rotisserie Chicken & Tex Mex food in the DMV area, I highly recommend you spend your money else where!!

Absolute GEM of a spot in ALL of Northern Virginia. The Woman who operates the place has been there for over 2-DECADES and has been going strong because she cooks EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH daily. You can taste the freshness in the food. You can experience the culture in the dishes. Overall I love their value as well because it’s well priced for how fresh it is and love the flavor of their yellow sauce – it is a really special sauce and I recommend you buy extra to take home. Absolute 5/5 stars a must try in Lorton, VA!

Phoned an order in, food was not great. I had a lot of shrimp shells and both my daughter and I did not feel well after eating. Service was slow and our order took 15 minutes longer than promised.

Haven’t really tried the food as I wait for my food im focusing on customer service. Felt like I wasn’t given good service at all cause they are not friendly, i watched them give people who ordered the same thing as me their food 10 minutes earlier . When I brought it to their attention I was not given a response back . Now I won’t argue or put up an argument with any one making my food I will leave a review though. They are racist !!!! Then I bring it to their attention and they throw my food together with the boxes wide open don’t come here if you are black

ORDERED FOOD ON 04/29/22 WIFE BOUGHT IT HOME EATING THE CHICKEN WASN’T DONE RIGHT LOTS OF PINK INSIDE NO TASTE & THE YUCA APPEARED TON BE OLD AND REFRIED OVER & OVER HARD. We group order from this place giving them business at least once a month..but the manager/ counter attendant has turned extremely rude when ordering on the phone and in person…food is ok ,but service is horrendous. WE WILL NOT BE BACK HERE for food.

Told myself to give it a try even though I read all the reviews. 1. I thought it was hilarious that the young employee does have an attitude. Which is stated in 80% of the reviews. 2. Only one had a on a mask and no gloves. 3. My chicken was very very dry and flavorless. I just thought it looked dry and maybe moist on the inside. Absolutely not! Everything taste like it’s been sitting for some time. The rice & beans over cooked and flavorless. No seasoning at all. I couldn’t even eat the plantains which are my favorite. The were fried up and not warm or hot at all. Also some sauce was supposed to come with my chicken meal. It never made it. I had two tacos I should’ve just made at home. The ice burg letter medley on the taco was a big miss for me. OMG and the Queso ABSOLUTELY NOT! I tried one chip of it and couldn’t finish it. It’s definitely not homemade. It taste like family dollar cans of queso. Which is completely off brand but you get what you pay for. They should seriously be ashamed of the queso. I think the pricing is good but I wish the food was. Everything you see here unfortunately made it to the trash. I also feel sick this morning from it so I’ll be taking it easy and only having fluids. Definitely try for yourself but for me it’s a hard NO! I will not be back.

Solid place for Peruvian rotisserie chicken. I cannot comment on the Tex-Mex menu. My favorite sides are the fried yucca, fried plantains, and the rice & beans.
