Food is good. Service is hit or miss. Usually mediocre at best, sometimes bad. Atmosphere is non existing. It feels like you are eating in a warehouse with music on TV. They have very angry signs making you aware that they charge extra for everything that is normally complimentary in all other restaurants. Chips are brought in a bag, about enough for one person. I’ve been there with one other person and we got one bag of chips. The last time it was 5 of us and yes, we got one bag of chips. Red and green salsa are both very good. They decided that if you are paying with a credit card, they will pass that charge on to you. Again very rare for a business to do that. I dont want to give them any ideas but im surprised they haven’t figure out a way to pass part of their lease to customers as well. Their signs indicating all these thing are written very rudely.

It was delicious as always. My family and I always get from here since we’re a big family. (6) We usually get the botana for 8 because we eat alot haha. We’ve only gotten it twice but it’s been amazing service both times. Totally reccomend. Especially the aguas de melon.

Ordered la botana platter, chicken was overcooked, dry and horrible. Sausage was burnt. I called and they said to take it back, I ordered through door dash because I didn’t want to leave my home. They said sorry and that’s it, no discount or offer to prepare another day when I had time to go by. Don’t order from here
