The pizza wasn’t burned so it wasnt all bad, but it also wasn’t cut all the way through. Good thing I had my pocket knife. No dressing for the salad. No help for that in a motel room. And “25 to 30 minutes” was a flat hour delivery time.

I’ve had one issue with La Bella and it was due to some soggy calzones. Other than that, the service and pizza has been phenomenal every single time. The food is always fresh and delicious. The pizza toppings, cheese and sauce all taste great and come together to make a delicious pizza. One of my favorite local pizza joints.

I’m a new customer and in the last month I have gone back 5 times. The food is made to order so its always fresh and hot. One crew member (aka Sky) is taking me on a trip around the menu! The actual food was pretty spot on with the average score at the time of this review (3.9). The crust and dough was cooked through but not crispy, very slightly browned on the bottom. No complaints about the taste of the food, toppings were well placed and the cheese was good quality. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had but probably the best I’ve had in Lubbock. If all you care about is the quality of the food and don’t care about the restaurant or their practices then stop here.

Over 40 mins for medium cheese pizza carry out. Girl behind the counter was clueless. You could tell they hadn’t even put it in the oven when I got there to pick it up. Tried to charge me 15$ when there’s a sign on the window for $5.99 medium pizza. Luckily I was paying attention. Worst place to order EVER!! My whole order was incorrect after a 45 minute wait. I called to let them know & was told it was the fault of the UBEReats driver for not checking the order before he left. Save yourself the trouble and order from another pizza company. Whoever ordered the pizzas in the pic just know your order was at my house and returned to the store for delivery again.

I ordered the eight piece wings. I expected them to be Fresh. No problem they weren’t. I’ve had plenty of good premade wings. Where I draw the line is raw chicken. Salmonella doesn’t taste good. It’s not as raw as some of the other pics I’ve seen. But if I press the meat and it bleeds that no bueno for me.
