We had the 3 meat dinner with sides. Chicken, brisket and ri s. All 3 equally amazing. Beans were different and yummy. Rice just right. The owner gave us a free tast of potatoes salad. All yummy. Definitely highly recommend. We only wish we lived closer. We were down here to deliver some mules for a client.

Found this Gem on a trip. Best brisket tacos I have ever had. The meat was soft and so yummy! The salsa was delicious. Homemade tortillas, not from HEB like most places. Highly recommend!

OMG y’all!!! The brisket . Great staff!!! Make it simple, stop by and get a brisket burrito. A tortilla and a slice of brisket will definitely hit the spot!!!

Cease and desist! Barbaqoa Co., is the crown jewel of Carrizo Springs. Their delicious breakfasts & lunch tacos are “all of it” in flavor, texture, and taste . At first glance, the restaurant does not seem very big, but it is a matter of entering to realize the fame is in the wood-burning-pit meats. Thank you on behalf of all gluttonous souls.

A few years ago Field and Stream wrote about Stripes Tacos as a place you had to go eat if you came to south Texas to hunt or fish. Clearly they didn’t go here. This place is incredible!

Taco’s are regular size, dine in table and chairs are uncomfortable. Barbacoa was different but good, tasted smoked. This place is more of a order to go place.
