Visiting from Vancouver, BC Canada and craving tacos! I read about la bamba online and I have to say this place is amazing. The owner Edson greeted us, was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He suggested a sampler to showcase his food. After trying everything, I have to say that Edson is a true artist. His tacos are nothing short of a flavor masterpiece. He clearly deserves his reputation and accolades posted on his walls. Every single bite I had was packed with flavour and the love of a dedicated chef. I’d definitely recommend trying la bamba, it is a great family restaurant with absolutely amazing tacos. Thank you Edson and la bamba!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for 3 years since I moved to Surprise and was very upset this past Friday. I understand the owner was the only one there but stop taking orders if you’re not able to keep up. It’s about quality and that’s why I loved this place tacos fresh and seasoned to perfection great customer service. I ordered 10 tacos and two drinks and for $56 I was very very disappointed chicken was dry and not seasoned sauce was just thrown on them just terrible we threw half of them away. On top of that we called in the order and was told 20min but it was a hour wait for bad tacos at an high price. I wish he could’ve have just said ma’am I can’t handle anymore orders at this time and that would have been fine by me because I would have come back.

Visiting from out of town and talked my parents into trying this place. The tacos blew us away! We tried a variety of tacos and couldn’t decide which were our favorites, they were all too good! Great atmosphere, great staff, best tacos we’ve ever eaten!

Los tacos perfectos! I was looking for new places to check out in the west valley and stumbled on La Bamba in a top 10 article in the Phoenix New Times. Everything is fresh and made to order. The staff is friendly and engaging. Not sure what to order? The staff won’t steer you wrong. Tried the asada, pastor and tacos Bamba. All the tacos were amazing but the Bamba was my favorite. Don’t forget desert. Words can not describe the churros. I will be back and bringing my friends!

Food was so delicious! It was our first time here and he gave us each (3 of us) a free taco while we waited for our food. The carne asada tacos were incredible we did get overcharged a little, but didn’t notice until after we left. It is what it is though and it was still worth it. Glad to have found this place
