We had an amazing experience at Kyojin! We ordered a couple of different items off each menu and absolutely every item was delicious, but we especially enjoyed the Chef’s Shooter, the Winner, the scallops, and the A5 roll. The cocktails were also great, especially the Only Pandans which was sweet and refreshing. Our server was very kind and let us order things two at a time so we could pace ourselves through the meal. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely visit again!

Five stars all around! Visited for the first time on a day trip and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Multiple options to choose from in their menu. Staff was beyond helpful explaining the popular choices and their favorites. Ordering was an ease and food was brought to the table. Everything tasted absolutely delicious and extremely fresh. The lobster roll was on point! The crab cake was super fresh and also tasty. Multiple staff members checked in throughout the meal, making sure that everything was right, from the food to the ambiance. The manager, Matt, was one of the most welcoming restaurant staff I’ve encountered. Overall, a great and memorable experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, modern, low key atmosphere. Everything we ate was delicious. High quality fish, simple ingredients, unique flavors and textures. There is an excellent range of sake to drink also. Staff was so kind and smiling. They warm you. Strongly recommend you this place.

Outstanding dining experience at this newly opened restaurant. Stylish decor, hip ambience. Several different dining areas. Service was flawless and attentive. Food was simply amazing, creative and gorgeous presentation. We almost fell off our chairs, it was so good. The lavender smoked salmon nigiri and the miso butter scallops are quite simply addictive. Extensive menu, so lots of opportunities to return and try different items.

Obsessed with this place. Such a sexy vibe bringing life back into Georgetown. Food is incredible; the calamari, Jeff roll and butter scallops do not disappoint. I loved our server and she was very knowledgeable of the sakes. After dinner sat at bar where I know it’s just going to keep getting busier and busier! Hands down best place in dc I’ve been in months.

Truly an incredible dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed.. a beautiful ambiance, restaurant vibe and hospitable service that is unparalleled! The food was AMAZING and every dish was so thoughtfully created, with beautiful presentation. The drinks were magnificent and perfectly made every round. The A5 Wagyu maki roll is out of this world and a MUST!
