Pretty much ordered off the screen and grabbed plates off the revolving bar. (I literally grabbed one plate) It was probably a down time after lunch. There was barely any sushi choices. I had to order from a screen above me. The food was lacking in flavor and tasted overcooked.

I have to say, disappointed with the food severely this time. As a sushi lover, Kura usually ranks a lot higher than most places due to their cleanliness and presentation. However, this time was quite poor. Browned avocados, over cooked wagyu, missing sauce, and poor service. The robot is so much fun, but that realistically should free up the servers for guest interaction. When we presented the plate with the brown avocado, the server was indifferent and said since we didn’t put it in the slot, we wouldn’t pay for it. That’s great and all, but that misses the whole point that Kura tries to make. Considering how much they’ve raised their prices per plate over the past two years (2.75 to 3.25) I’d say that they should at least stick to the standards they claim to have. Won’t be coming back to this location at the very least…

Hunger is the best sauce, happiness is a close second. Kids, pre teen and teen, were so happy throughout the lunch. A touch of technology in the drink delivery robot, “feed-the-monster” slot for counting plate at the end of each table, automatic dispenser of little gift balls as you hit milestone numbers of 15, 30 and so on, spices up the meal experience.

Super fresh and cool! They had a robot machine serve us our drinks and it played some cute music while we grabbed them. Our second time visiting a conveyer sushi place and this is the best one yet as far as flavor and freshness. The Japanese milk donut with ice cream is amazing but I didn’t like the Texan roll though, the orange sauce was too much and tasted weird. Everything else we tried were really good!

One of my go-to places for sushi. I love the concept of getting a prize after so many green plates. It’s a great way for kids to eat their food because it makes it somewhat interactive. This was my first time eating at this location, and the fish was very fresh. Even the sushi rice was well made. Some locations over do it, but this spot made it just right. I kind of wish service was better, but it’s fine. Some people just have that cold personality without even realizing they do. As long as the food was good, I cannot really complain!

Pretty great place to eat. I really liked the selection variety, prices were a little high, but the place was clean and food was reasonable.

We recently visited this restaurant and found the experience quite unique. The futuristic touch of robot service for drinks added an interesting aspect to the dining experience. The sushi plates on the conveyor belt also added a fun element to the atmosphere.

Fun experience, however, the raw fish is not fresh at all, the sushi belt doesn’t have cooler system which means all the sushi raw fish is in the room temperature to serve, if no customer take that dish, that raw fish can stay on the belt for hours, the salmon and tuna i picked was old, you rather order from the screen that’s more fresher than the belt dishes. Not recommend for sushi lovers.
