Basically the only place to go for down-home good Chinese here in Salem Oregon. Food is always fresh no old veggies or meat sitting around to serve. Prices are more than reasonable. The family that owns it is always friendly and quick to take your order. Whenever we have need of going out they have anything from soup to food my family always goes here. Back when they would sit people in the restaurant they were always very friendly and never left you without checking in on you several times. Facemasks are required right now and to go ordering is your only option. But if you call ahead they will make sure your food is done at the time they say. It will be hot and fresh not sitting under a hot plate. They are happy to make substitutions and don’t charge a fortune for them. They are allergy friendly and very knowledgeable about their product and will tell you if there’s something in it that you need to avoid. Love this place can’t say enough good things about the staff!

Dont listen to the bad reviews ..those are just karens !! Hot fresh and plenty of food !! The service is like home ,ya its an old place cause they have been here since 1965 and that says a lot about the type of food and people who run and own this great place !! You will enjoy it trust me

Visited this place yesterday. Extremely fast service. We had barely ordered food when it arrived. My wife had chicken with green beans. She says they were “done just right, delightfully crunchy, not undercooked nor overcooked.” I had the Sichuan Beef, and it was fantastic. Also very cheap.

It’s a mom and pop type of restaurant. Very flavorful. Not very busy, so got quick enough service as expected. Prices were surprisingly high for the amount. Old fixtures and not updated inside.

Me and my daughter got food here to go tonight and everything was so good! I can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and nothing was soggy like it had been sitting. This will be our go to place for Chinese food from now on!

Very concerned about the food safety of this resteraunt… I walked in today for the first time and nobody was out front so I walk towards the back and sitting there in the lobby is a big tub of raw shrimp, not iced or anything… BIG red flag, but I had already called in my food order so I proceeded to pick up my order anyhow. After getting the wrong order first I paid for the correct one which was messed up and expensive, I asked for orange chicken with upgraded side to chicken lo mein and a side of bbq pork, I received a large orange chicken, large chicken lo mein and large bbq pork totalling nearly $40… The guy I tried talking to didn’t seem to understand my concerns so I paid and left. The food was fine as far as flavor, the pork was dry however and the chicken was bland and cut in to Large pieces making it hard to eat.
