Great apps- curry puff & chicken stuff shrimp. The meals however were bland and lacking. Beef and garlic with rice had no additional flavor beside the garlic. Rice meh. The tofu pad Thai spicy was not spicy, bland and in some kind of red looking liquid. Was very disappointed.

I have been eating at this place since I was about 14. Every-time the food is amazing! AND there are many gluten free options. Thank you, Kunya Siam, for your consistency! <3

Excellent authentic Thai Restaurant! The portions are generous too! You can get 2 meal out of one dinner here. Tonight we had the Chicken Cashew Nut and the Pad Thai dinners both were delicious and packed with authentic Thai flavor. They also have a nice selection of Thai desserts as well. I highly recommend Kunya Siam in Highlands!

Kunya is such a warm and inviting host, with wonderful suggestions to help select from her delicious choices of Thai dishes. Make sure to get a reservation on Fri or Saturday because her place fills up; take out is also a great option.

My man and I have been coming here whenever we want some great Thai food and we have never been dissatisfied at Kunya Siam. We’ve tried so many different dishes, they always come out hot and taste so awesome. My go to is the panang curry chicken. And everyone is so friendly too, which is always appreciated!

Lovely ambiance in the restaurant, I ordered the curry puffs and papaya salad to start. The curry puffs were flaky and tasty, the papaya salad was good but there was no spice which I’m so used to having when I offered this. I asked my waitress if it can be made spicy, instead she brought over red chili paste, which is definitely not the same.

This is the 3rd time my family and I have dined here. Always amazingly fresh and delicious food. Extremely friendly service. Awesome outdoor garden ambiance. We are vegan and they easily accommodate us every time we come. Hoping one day they add a vegan ice cream or some other dessert to their menu. Highly recommend.

The ambience for outdoor seating was beautiful 5/5. Music was good too, instrumental/orchestrated. Service was 3.5/5. Patio was being taken apart while we were finishing our appetizers. Waitress was overwhelmed and even as the last table, party of two, we didn’t receive adequate attention. Food was 2.9/5. Was very disappointed that none of the curries could be vegetarian and my partner was looking forward to having some curry. Asked for medium spice level but got mild/plain. Presentation was great of the dishes but lacked authentic Thai flavors and had to request dinner plates but got small share plates. Overall this restaurant deserves 3.5/5 stars during my experience due to the lack of thai flavors and small quantity of vegetarian options but was a very cute/quaint atmosphere although, not great value for the price. Also service could have been more attentive. Chili oil tasted like the kind you get at a supermarket.

One word, amazing. This place has amazing food, great ambiance, and friendly attentive staff. It’s recommended to make a reservation but if you don’t they have outdoor dining available for non reservations. The only potentially negative thing is you pay for the high quality food. I’d highly recommend this place if you are new to Thai food or would like to try authentic Thai food.
