I loved the food!! I liked that the sushi rolls were not too huge and more bite sized! The shrimp tempura avocado roll was a bit bigger, but soooo good and worth it! Seaweed salad was also a good portion. Went for the 3 roll special just after 3pm and liked that their lunch special goes until 3:30! Went last Thursday and planning again soon!

Always a good time when we go here. Tables are adequately spaced and there’s a nice sized bar. The Sushi rolls are very good quality and hand-made by a bunch of experts. Their attention to detail was apparent from the moment we sat down. The waiter came and handed my GF and I a nice warm throw away towel to clean our hands. Always a nice touch. He recommended some options for my GF and we were overall satisfied.

Almost inedible. The sushi rice was SO sweet and vinegary like I’ve never tasted before at any other sushi place. It overpowered the entire meal. I ordered it from uber eats so I’ll never get any money back. But it was bad. If I was at the restaurant I would have sent it back. Maybe this isn’t typical and it was just a bad night. But I wouldn’t try again.

Always great service and hospitality. I make it a point to sit at the bar. The level of service doesn’t vary whether a seated patron or bar patron. Great local dining. Drinks are mixed to satisfaction. Take advantage of the specials, which are sure to wet the appetite.

2nd time here (we live about 1/2 hour away), wish we were closer, we’d eat here all the time. beautiful decor, excellent and super efficient, attentive, and friendly service (friday lunch time, and they were busy), even a complimentary bowl of hot edamame (and an extra bottle of sake and even desert! but I think they did that just for us). everything was really tasty and flavorful, and some seafood you don’t see often, like live scallop and sayori, which was not only a beautiful presentation of the whole fish, but the flesh nicely slivered and the skeleton deep fried, and was entirely edible (and very tasty!). other sashimi pieces that were all very fresh and good, and even fresh (real) wasabi with everything, not the fake powdered stuff, it’s really good.

This was my first time going to this sushi spot and WOW I’m never going anywhere else. A bit on the pricey side but the fish tastes so fresh. Also, the lycheetini was probably the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the lobster king roll, and the sashimi and sushi for 1. Coming back for the dim sum next time!
