Apparently the “chef’s vegetables” side is irreplaceable. I wondered why until I got my food. It’s just broccoli and carrots that probably came from a frozen bag. No wonder every other side available is more valuable than this and they wouldn’t replace it.

This was the best chilli burger of my life. Angus beef with green chilli. Recommended by Donna. I’ll always be grateful to her for this. No joke.

Went for their Saturday night $35.00 buffet. The ribs were so tough you couldn’t eat them. The pulled pork was mushy. The grilled corn on the cob was overcooked and dry. There were no dairy free options for dessert so I ordered strawberry short cake without whip cream. I got 3 small slices of pound cake with some canned strawberry pie filling. I asked for more strawberries but was told it would be $2.00 extra. The service was great, everyone was so nice. I will not be returning.

Service was slow due to call outs I guess. Native burger was very good. Frybread was also very good but a tad on the greasy side. Frys were delicious. Side of onion rings tasty. A bit pricey but what can one expect at a casino. I’d go back to eat if in the area again and open. Other half had a native taco and said she thought the frybread had a weird taste. She is native and makes frybread which is better. She ordered spaghetti and meatballs as well and said it was good, not olive garden good but better than she usually gets when ordered out. Thanks for the free shuttle ride from the travel center/ truck stop where there is a promise of food but they’re out of a lot. I didn’t need food till the following day and it was lunch time when we stopped. Worth stopping for.

Seafood Buffet was frozen, fried, fish, or shrimp dishes. Not worth $35…food was old and cold. Can not recommend…

If you are looking for tasty, plentiful and delicious down-home style meals, give Kuchu’s a try! We always look forward to stopping at Kuchu’s for a meal when traveling between Salt Lake and Albuquerque, and are never disappointed. We have found the service to be terrific, the staff to be friendly, and have enjoyed the quiet, clean atmosphere.

We were staying at the hotel for a few days out of town and saw they were advertising a seafood buffet. The restaurant was not overly crowded but we did have a short wait. The buffet was set up so you get served, you don’t get to pile it as high as you want but they will give you more than one plate if needed. You can go up as many times as you want but they give you a paper deli type ticket for each trip (except dessert) and you wait for the number to come up on the led display.

Just had a late breakfast at Kuchu’s of steak and farm fresh eggs. Husband had the ham steak. Everything cooked the way we liked. Food was great. Coffee was great. Service great and we got a senior discount. So worth the drive of 11 miles.
