I NEVER leave true 1 star restaurant reviews because I always think everybody can have a bad day and make imperfect food. We give everyone numerous chances. But this is the 2nd possibly 3rd time we’ve had food poisoning in our household from this place and I am so done. Joke is on me for ever going back. Just be warned folks in the last 3 months this place has given my family food poisoning everytome we’ve been at least 1 person ends up puking all night long. Every other time I gave it a chance maybe it was something else they ate. But as a mom I don’t eat often as I am always feeding everybody else so this is ALL I managed to get time to eat yesterday and i have been paying for it all day yesterday and today. Just avoid it folks. Unless you want to spend your whole night head in the toilet!

I thought it was a sit down restaurant, but just a drive through. We didn’t know where the pay window was cause it wasn’t a window but a stainless steel revolving door/opening.

The worst experience we’ve ever had here happened yesterday. They’ve allowed mentally ill homeless to take up residence in front of their restaurant. Our car was hit, we were harrased the entire time we were there for money, a ride, a lighter, and about God. I almost got in a fight trying to keep their encamped nutjob off our car at the drive up window. We didn’t have time to check our order because we were being harassed so we didn’t have any utensils when we got back to our hotel, nor did we look at the food there because again we were trying to escape this lunatic in the parking lot. They messed up our order. My father is diabetic and ordered a low carb plate, instead he received some type of breaded dish. We couldn’t go back because we didn’t want to have to confront this guy in the parking lot again. Waste of almost 20 dollars with no recourse. Stay away from this pit restaurant and this hole of a town.

I came here because in the past food was good and plentiful. Not today! Wish I’d taken a picture of the lunch special Teriyaki chicken. All I can say is GROSS! If you wanna waste 11 bucks you’ll do it here. I will never return.

Portions are incredibly small for the price. Paid 60$for 3 orders of chicken and rice and the rice is a small ball. Also fried rice has no veggies and is also a Small bowl. Lo mein tastes like chicken ramen.

I was visiting from out of town. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Indonesian fried rice in one meal and the Cambodian noodles in another. I can’t speak to service through their drive thru because I ordered for delivery to my hotel.

Went here this evening and ordered two combos, one with steamed rice and one with white rice. Didn’t get our rice in either order and paid $40! To add insult to injury, we waited ten minutes for our food and it was cold! I’d like my money back.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Great food, massive portions and I could live off their fresh spring rolls, no joke.

Previously liked this place ok for freshness/portion size. Has been going downhill for the last couple visits. Hubby needs quantity for long days so we buy the dinner size to get him through the day. Box felt light and this is what was inside for $13. Food is old – has the deep fried and then microwaved consistency. I try and support small businesses so called to ask them to please fix. Nope, 15 percent off next order. There wont be a next order. People order out for the convenience, flavor, and as a treat. When it is subpar, I would rather at least have the quantity for a strong hardworking man. No more from Kuans for us. This place needs to be respectful of people’s money. Side note – the little gal at the drive through is always sweet and friendly.

This is only a drive through. They cannot tell you the price until you are at the payment window. The Szechwan chicken had almost no chicken. Two meals for FORTY-FIVE dollars! Apalling. I would try somewhere else.
