Very great quality of food for an amazing price. The pho I ordered was comparable to what I had from an authentic shop in Canada. All of the ingredients were fresh and had excellent flavor. The atmosphere is also enjoyable and comfortable. It is similar to a diner with a bar. The waitress was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend this place to anyone!

YES! My wife and I were looking for something different, and we found it. This is NOT mall food. My wife ordered the chicken Pho, and I ordered the General Tso’s. Our appetizer was pan fried dumplings. Yum! Our waitress was very kind, and she was knowledgeable about the menu. We’ll be back!

I initially gave this place a 1 star review when they first opened, but after revisiting I think it necessary to update my review. They were evidently just trying to figure things out when I first went, because now their food is top-notch. Their hot & sour and egg drop soups are the best in Calhoun County and the service it wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

No flavor, ALOT of SALT AND OIL. ordered here a few times. This was my last time. Soup had a weird after taste, eggfuyoung was no meat in it, rice had a burnt taste from like aluminum I’m assuming from the cookware, Very cheap with duck sauce they provide one. You ask for extra they’ll give you one more. Rather not eat this is not even authentic fried rice, there’s not even any egg in it it’s like they just add soy sauce to sticky white rice. Pad Thai is overly sweet and watered down so is the Lomein.. out of everything I’ve tried here nothing was good, it’s a shame this Jacksonville Alabama has no real authentic food.

Completely disgusting. Incompetent ‘management’ with no desire to resolve the error. We are new to the area and we’re enjoying ice cream nearby at Scoop DeJour (which was amazing) and thought it would be good to get acquainted with this restaurant on the square. Huge mistake. We wouldn’t recommend to a dog.. We ordered take out and picked up in the drive through window they offer. They were pleasant at pickup but notified us they didn’t have enough tea to make our paid for and ordered Thai tea so they made us two partial teas. I let thay slide. End of night. Not the biggest deal but weird. When we got home we saw a huge black fly pressed into the crack of the container the Pad Thai that we ordered was in and didn’t even open or eat anything we ordered. They had already closed for the evening and we saw they were closed next day. I called the following Monday and left my info. It has been two weeks with no follow up. So I called back today and as I was explaining the woman who was talking over me hung up on me. I called back and another one answered. Once explaining her debate was that I didn’t take a picture. Zero accountability or desire to resolve. She continued to compare my lack of evidence by not having taken a picture as the issue to the point where she asked me to leave a poor review. This is completely bananas to me. She also said she has no access to their system to identify my purchase. She compared repeatedly while talking over me that if a person through out a shirt and tried to return it it would be illogical as if I was to hold food for two weeks from such an unsanitary environment. As a business owner, knowing that there is such little effort to solve for the customer and debate the validity of a claim of an insect being in their food which she acknowledged happens from time to time, is going to drive this business to the ground. The money wasn’t really the concern so much as making it right. I will certainly spread the word beyond this platform but I hope everyone reads this before bothering with this dive.

Service was good, but if you’re looking for pho, don’t come here. The broth was the least flavorful I’ve ever had. The meat was not thin strips, it looked like the same chunks of meat they use for their Chinese dishes. The veggies offered with the dish were very few as well.

Food came out within a reasonable amount of time and was piping hot and fresh, waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had crab rangoon, fried dumplings, Thai chicken curry and combination ramen. Spice level at a two gave the perfect small amount of kick for the ramen and curry. Ramen was good but the noodles were a bit soft. Everything was delicious! Didn’t expect to hear country music playing lol. It was a great experience!

Steamed dumplings are great, and my husband says the crab Rangoon is the best he’s ever had. Our kids even like other food, one for chicken and fries with ranch and the other got lo meain noodles with egg drop soup and a side of steamed rice (it wasn’t an option as a normal side).

Always have a great experience, and eat there at least once a week. The beef and shrimp pho is delicious! Recently tried the tofu and its a new favorite side dish. Friendly serving staff and a clean establishment. Can’t recommend enough.
