I order a spicy chick with no mayo. It looked like mayo was put on the sandwich and wiped off. I returned it and I think the lady was trying to be funny because when she re-made it the chicken patty was so old, cold and hard. I requested a refund and they refused to give me my money back. How can you refused to refund someone their money. It need to be posted if this is something they practice. She offered to remake it fesh, but at that point I was not eating it because people do crazy thing. A waste of money.

I paid 13.36 for 12 Fresh Krystal’s they gave me burn bread and old meat that been sitting for hours last night. The whole crew should be fired for giving me old bread and meat twice after I ask them to remake it fresh the second time they just put the old burger in a different bag and give it back to me last night around 9:51pm. So I leave and taste the burger started to vomit and throw up the food it made my throat hurt. And I immediately stop eating the food. I dont recommend no one to eat at Krystal’s unless you want to be in the hospital for food poisoning. This place should be closed and clean. Please don’t eat here. You will get sick. We got the plain Krystals Sackful meal anf the buns were soggy, Like the meat was in water before placed on bun and as far as price vs quantity of food goes a Krystals Chick’s Sackful Meal costs $57! (2 drinks 2 fries and 12 2×2 rolls with an even smaller piece of chicken!!)
